Brittany POV:

I woke up throwing up and I have been feeling sick all day I wonder what's going on. I laid on the bed and watched tv I felt a sharp pain in my head it was terrible so I decided to take pain pills to get rid of it.

"Hola mi babe" my mom said coming in my room she knew I wasn't feeling well every since last night.

"Hola mama" I said laying down on the bed. "How you're feeling today?" She asked me feeling my forehead to see if I had a fever. "A little bit better just got a headache right now but I should be fine." I lied I didn't feel any better.

"How about I miss work today and stay home with you?" She suggested. "No mom I'll be fine I took some medicine and I'll eat some soup then I should be fine." I said giving her a fake smile.

"Ok if you need me just call you may have the flu but if you don't get any better call and I'll take you to the ER." She rubbed my long hair and gave me a kiss on the forehead.

"Ok thanks mama" I said smiling at her then she left out the door.

I felt worse than I did last night I might can't make it to the party feeling like this.

Tay POV:

I looked at the text message from destiny again and just shook my head.

I don't know if she miss me or what but I can't keep messing around with her.

I decided to go to the basketball court and shoot some ball with Rah and Tyler.I haven't been on the court in a while.

"Bro I haven't been on the court in a while" I said to my Bro's.

"I know man we been playing ball here since we was like 8" Rah said putting on his basketball shoes and taking off his pants and putting them in his bag.

"I know remember I used to say I wanted to be like Allen Iverson , Dre wanted to be like Kobe Bryant , you wanted to be like Shaquille O Neil , Ty wanted to be like Magic Johnson and Chris wanted to be like Michael Jordan." I said thinking about when we were little.

"Yea man look at us now out here selling drugs and shit" rah said.

I laughed.

"Right we was suppose to be basketball stars." I said putting on my basketball shoes.

"We need another player so we can play 2 on 2" I said to Tyler and Rah. "Who's that gonna be?" Rah looked around the court and didn't see familiar faces.

"Can I play?" I heard a voice soft from behind then I looked to see. It was a boy he look like he was about 13 or 14.

"Yea can you play?" I asked him.

"Yea I can a little bit" he said looking at us.

"alright well you can be on my team lil homie and these 2 on the other" I pointed to Tyler and Rah.

"Ok who taking out the ball first?" I said dribbling the ball up and down. "We are we gone beat y'all ass out here you know I got skills boy" Rah said taking the ball out my hand.

"Fuck you I bet your big ass don't score no point" I said laughing at him.

The boy laughed at me "shut up nigga lets go." He said walking towards the goal.

Alicia POV: After sitting in the hair salon with nique for hours I was hungry and tired.

"Damn you was in there a long time" I said annoyed. when she got done and paid the stylist.

"Yes honey it takes time to look good" She flipped her long remy hair.

"Girl lets go I walked towards the door. "I'm hungry!" I yelled out.

"Me too bitch lets go to McDonald's." I pulled up at McDonald's to get something to eat.

My phone started to buzz. "Hello?" I said slightly irritated cause I was hungry.

"Ooo what's wrong with you?" Tay laughed at my voice. "My bad I was about to order my food" I said with a smile on my face I love talking to his fine ass and I love his sexy voice.

"Oh shit bring a nigga something" he said. I laughed at how excited he was.

"I'm serious" he said.

I couldn't stop laughing. "What you want?" I said pulling up to order the food.

"Get me a number 10 with honey mustard y'all want some?" He yelled in the background.

"Get my a fucking uhhhh mc chicken and get me a small fry bruh" I heard Tyler and Rah in the background.

"You straight ma?" He asked me.

"Yea I got it." I said in a soft voice. "I gotcha when you get here." He said.

"hold on Licia" I waited.

"you want something little homie?" I heard him talking to somebody in the background I knew it had to be a little boy cause he said little homie. "Get a 10 piece too thanks love" he said.

"No prob where you at?" I asked raising my eyebrow

"At the court" he replied

. "Alright be there in 15 mins" I said before hanging up the phone and I continued to order the food.

Tay POV:

"Good game homeboy you got skills how old are you man?" I dapped up the boy.

"I'm 10" he said pulling up his socks. "oh that's what's up. What's your name?" I asked him.
"My name Darwin." He said. "Ok cool I'm Tay that's rakim aka rah and that's Tyler" I introduced him to me and my Bro's. "We gone call you lil D" I said as I watched him tie his shoes and I seen a big ass hole in them.

"Damn boy you know you got a big hole on the bottom of your shoe?" Rah said.

"Yea these the only shoes I got." He said he looking embarrassed.

"Rah chill man" I said.

"I'm sorry man I ain't know.What size you wear?" Rah asked him. "A 10 but these is all my mom could afford she gone kill me about this hole in my shoes." He looked down at shoes shaking his head he looked like he wanted to cry.

I shook my head I hate to see him struggling like that. "How bout I get you a pair shoes"I asked him. "I don't have any money" He said looking down trying to fix his shoes.

"I didn't ask you for money I'm giving them to you as a gift." I said looking down at him. "No thanks ." He said standing up off the ground.

"Look I wanna help you out you seem like a good kid." I said shooting the basketball.

"Thanks but I don't need any shoes I'll just fix these" he said looking down at the shoes.

"Do you like Jordan's?" I asked him. "Yea that's my favorite shoe." He said looking up at me. "Cool I'm gone get you a pair." I told him putting on my hoodie.
