Ashanti POV :

We walked in the house into my room and I wanted to get down to the bottom of this. "So tell me what happened" I said sitting on my bed waiting for her to answer.

"Remember that time I got pregnant and I lost the baby well the reason why I lost it is because Ray Ray pushed me down the stairs because he thought it wasn't his baby but he was the only boy I ever been with."

I looked at her. "Yea I do remember."

I was only 13 at the time but I remember when she came home crying then she told me she was pregnant but I couldn't tell our parents.

"Well that's who my baby's father I didn't wanna tell our parents because he was way older than me and he's a thug and you know how daddy is about us dating and talking to thugs" she said.

I thought about the argument me and daddy had about Chris. "Yea I already know" I rolled my eyes.

"Thats why I never told them but I knew I just didn't want to tell" she said shaking her head.

"Why you didn't tell somebody he was beating you and shit Alicia you're smarter than that!" I yelled at her.

"I didn't know how and I was afraid if I told on him he would try to kill me" she started to cry.

"He not gone hurt you again I promise Ima make sure he don't ever put his hands on you again!" I said in a demanding voice.

She started to cry I gave her a hug and told her everything is going to be fine then I started thinking about who I should call first..

Chris POV :

I looked over at Brittany her ass was sleep again I put her ass to sleep. I bend down and gave her a kiss on the forehead then I took a shower and put on my clothes and I headed out.

I picked up my phone and called Ashanti I waited she answered on the 3rd ring.

"Hello" she said.

"What's up baby?" I said riding down the street.

"Nothing much not busy anymore?" she said I knew she being sarcastic.

"Man lets not go there I had to do some work for Luis chill" I sighed trying to stay calm so I wouldn't start a argument.

"OK Chris so what's the plans for today?" she asked me.

" Its a surprise you will see later on" I smiled.

"Oh ok what time you want me to get ready?" she asked.

"Be ready by 7 wear something nice" I told her.

"Ok bae I love you" she said.

"I love you too shanti see you later" then I hung up the phone.

I have to do something special for my baby.

I drove to my crib to see my granny and bro . When I pulled up to my neighborhood I looked over at the sign that said College Park.

I turned down my street and parked beside the crib I turned down my music before my grandma came outside she don't like loud music.

I walked up to the front door and knocked "Who is it?" my grandma yelled.

"Its Christopher your grandson" I said back.

She came to the door with a apron on and her grey hair was in rollers. "Hey granny V" I said.

I call my grandma that because her name is Viola.

"Hey suga where have you been?" She asked.

"Over a friends house" I said giving her a hug.

"Chris you hungry?" she asked me.

"No Ma'am I'm going to take my girl out to dinner." I said with a smile.

"Well oh don't get that child pregnant I can't be taking take care of no more babies I'm getting old chy" She said holding her back

I laughed "Yes ma'am where's Dre?" I asked her.

"He's upstairs with that boy Rah y'all need to stop bringing that drama and stop smoking that damn weed in my house!" She said to me rolling her eyes and going in the kitchen.

I went upstairs in Dres room where him Rah was they was sitting on the bed Dre was putting a clip in his .45 and rah was talking to him and rolling up a blunt.

"Wassup y'all" I said went I walked into the room I gave Dre and Rah dap then I sat on the couch next to the bed

"Wassup brah?" Dre said.

"What's good lil nigga?" Rah said.

"What the hell yall doing loading up guns and rolling up weed in granny's house she's down stairs laying yall out" I said looking at them.

"Man this is my room it say "Andre" on the wall granny V need to chill with that bullshit I'm grown and I pay the bills" Andre snapped.

I just shook my head and picked up the basketball in his room ."When you gone get back on the court?" Rah said to me.

"Man I don't know I been busy doing work for yall and Luis I haven't had much time." I sighed.

I hate it that I had to give up my dreams and playing ball to be out here on these streets doing illegal shit. But I had to do it to support my family.

"Where y'all going tonight?" I asked.

"Luis want me and Tay to come over and have dinner with his wife and daughter."

"You don't need me to do anything tonight right?" I asked making sure I don't have to change with my girl.

I scroll through my phone and called Olive Garden to see if they could make reservations for two.

Then I went in my room and looked for a outfit for tonight I wanted to dress nice.

I looked in my closest for some nice Levi's and a polo black shirt with some all white air forces and a polo hat to match my shirt.

I took a shower got fresh then I put on my outfit and put on my diamonds earrings and watch I was fresh as hell.

I looked at my watch it was 5:45 I went to the jewelry store before they closed and picked up a nice sliver necklace with a heart in the middle of it I got it for my girl cause she deserve it.

I went to the florist and got a red rose and a teddy bear I went all out I just wanted to show her how much I love her even though I've hurt her so much and I still cheat.
