Bri's POV

I was sitting on my bed listening to music doing my homework when my mom comes in the room saying.

"Bri I need you to babysit your brother again tonight." she said looking at me.

I rolled my eyes and sucked my teeth. "For what this time im tired of babysitting you're never home!" She pissed me off so much she never stays at home she always going out with random niggas she acting like a fucking thot.

"Girl dont raise your voice I'm going out with this guy name Joe he's coming by to meet you and Brandon so be nice baby." I just looked at her with a straight face.

I thought to myself I really dont give a fuck about meeting this nigga...

"Yea whatever can you please be home by 11 I got stuff I need to finish and brandon is going to be bothering me."

She looked up at me checking her make up putting on a short ass dress.

"Shut up girl and Brandon isn't going to give you any trouble ain't that right Brandon?" she said looking down at Brandon.

"ywess mommy" Brandon said in a baby voice.

I heard a knock on the door it must be that nigga Joe.

I walked to the door and answered it. When I opened the door a tall brown skinned man stood infront of the door he was about 5'8 , skinny, look like he was in his mid 40s and he had a nice smile.

I looked at him. "You must be joe?" raising my eyebrows.

"Yes ma'am I am you must be Bri?" He said pulling out his hand for a handshake.

Then my brother Brandon came to the door. The man looked down at him."So this must be Brandon?"

I looked at him then said ."Yea it is and yea I am you looking for my mom?" I said shaking his hand and looking at him.

"Yes where is Brandy?" He said. "Well you can come in I'll tell her that you're out here waiting on her."

I said looking at him and he was really starring at me. "Ok baby" he said not taking his eyes off me.

I was feeling uncomfortable by the way he was looking at me. I walked up the steps but I stopped in my tracks when I heard him say

"You got a nice shape baby girl." I looked back and seen him licking his lips and smiling.

I was really feeling uncomfortable so I ran up the steps looking for my mom.

When I went in her room and found her I said."Yo nigga downstairs waiting on you."I said dryly.

She looked at me and rolled her eyes "Bri you have a bad ass attitude did you let him in?" She said slightly angry.

"ummm yea I did he down there waiting on you." I said rolling my eyes.

"Ok tell him I'll l be down in a minute." She said still putting on more makeup.

I walked down the stairs and I seen the man looking at a book thats on the coffee table.

He looks up when he notice I came back in the room. "She's coming." I said dryly.

"Thanks baby girl and you're a beautiful girl just like your mama sweetie." He said with a big ass smile on his face.

"Thanks" I said quickly not looking in his eyes. Then my mom comes down the stairs dressed up and ready to go."you're ready to go honey?" She said talking to him.

"Yes let's go." he said looking at her then looking at me. "Brandon is upstairs in his room watching cartoons so he shouldn't be a problem I left some money you can order pizza I should be back before 12."

She said walking towards the door."Ok no later than 12 please" I said irritated.

Joe chuckled at my comment.

"Bye girl y'all be good and lock the doors" She said. "Ok bye see you later"

After I said that I locked the front door went upstairs to check on my brother then I called the pizza man and started on my homework..

I waited for the pizza man to come 20 mins after I called.

I heard a knock at the door
I got up and answered the door.When I looked up I noticed it was the guy from school Brian.

"Wassup Brianna?" He said smiling showing all his pretty white teeth.

"Hey how much I owe you?" I said holding the 20$ in my hand.

"Don't worry about it it's on me I got it." he said winking and laughing.

"Wow uhh you sure about that I mean I got the money?" I said looking in his pretty brown eyes.

" I said don't worry about it I owe you anyways" I looked at with confused look on my face.

"For what?" He looked at me and started laughing.

"For that orange you gave me at lunch today." I rolled my eyes.

"Yea whatever but thanks for the pizza." I said pulling my hands out to get pizza box. "No problem I was wondering if I could get your number or something?" He said smirking.

"Look just because you gave me this damn pizza for free don't mean ima just give you my number! I can pay for it." I snapped that pissed me off.

"No it's nothing like that I...." He was interrupted by Brandon.

"Sissy I want some pizza I'm hungry!" He said jumping up and down.

"Brandon go sit down and I'll give you some pizza!" I said pointing to the kitchen. "ok sissy" he said pouting.

"Like I was saying I didn't mean it like that I just wanted to get to know you better." he said in a soft voice.

I'm not gone even lie he fine ass hell he and brown skinned with a nice smile and dimples.

"Maybe I'll see about I got think about it but I'll see you in school." He looked disappointed.

"Ight that's cool yea I'll see you around bye." I looked at him and waved then after I waved I closed the door and walked in the kitchen with the pizza in my hand I got 2 slices out for me and 2 for Brandon then we sat down and ate.

Then I started thinking about how fine Brian was.damn I didn't wanna say no when he asked for my number but I still want Dj back I'm still not over him...
