Y/N's POV: Although I closed the door and Ellie had left a few minutes ago I still stood there processing what that meant. Oh you meant the world to me. Meant past tense. Well obviously I wouldn't mean the world to her now. Usually I would tell Dina this, but I really wanted to keep it to myself right now. Should I tell my mum? Gosh this is so stupid I'm just overanalysing and being delusional. I went to the kitchen and decided that I needed a well cooked meal. After all an apple for a whole working day was not ideal. I quickly got ingredients and utensils for cooking. I'm sure my mother would appreciate it. Considering she always cooks for us. I decided to make her favourite meal, although things haven't been the greatest between the both of us it doesn't mean it should stay this way. She comes home late so hopefully she'd be here before I fell asleep. I opened up my Spotify and played (favourite songs/playlist), for a long time in a while I felt extremely comfortable with the silence and absence of everyone. No thoughts about dad, mum, Dina, Jesse and especially Ellie. After cooking I grabbed a plate and made my way to the couch. I watched a few episodes of Adventure Time and realised it was getting late. I checked my messages to see if my mother messaged me, but instead I saw a few from Dina. I love how she spammed me every single day despite somehow being with Jesse most of the time.

All of the messages were delivered, but still grey ticked. I was hoping she would respond, but she didn't. Now I'm the one who's missing my best friend terribly. The Tipsy Bison group chat had a few messages from Maria, but I didn't check after all work is only tomorrow so I'm done for the day. My mother wasn't home which disappointed me so I packed away the food and left a note on the fridge letting her know it was there and she didn't have to cook. My happy mood disappeared, because I didn't get to talk to my mother. Although we were fighting I missed our old bond more than anything. I tossed and turned with thoughts racing about anything and everything. I thought I would never sleep until I did.
