Sora was walking with Tatsuo sensei through the main compound, they had split into two groups, to cover more distance, and just as Sora said it certainly was like a maze. The two walked around in complete silence them both familiar with the place. Sora looked up at Tatsuo sensei wondering if he would answer her questions.

"Yes?" Tatsuo Sensei said.

She tilted her head to the side puzzled at his statement as he turned to look at her.

"you keep looking at me, if you have something to say then say it," He said.

"Did the Hokage send me here knowing it was the Hisha compound?" Sora said not wanting to beat around the bush.

"yes," He replied.

"Why," was all Sora could say with all the questions that flooded into her head.

"We know nothing about the Hisha clan, They were all killed in a single night, well that's what we thought until we found you. But even after finding you we know nothing about the Hisha, and you didn't seem to want to tell us. We didn't even know if you knew your clan, but clearly you do considering how familiar you are with this compound, in fact, the main house, which you should know only a select few of the Hisha clan were permitted to enter. So how are you so familiar with it, who are you Sora?" Tatsuo said now questioning Sora.

She stopped in her tracks weighing up her options. They never asked her about her clan directly so she never told them, it was always questions about Orochimaru, though the two were linked to some degree. She just avoided talking about that night. She could tell Tasuo the truth right here and now or avoid it. But avoiding it would make them more suspicious of her.

"I'm Sora Hisha the second child of Fuyuko Hisha and Aoki Hisha the last heads of the clan," Sora said, deciding there wasn't any way they could harm her with that information. if they dug deep enough they would have figured it out.

This shocked Tatsuo a bit. He knew it was a possibility that she was a member of the main family but he assumed it was more likely she was the child of a higher up and was just able to sneak in easily. They had looked for information on her here, but couldn't find anything on her.

"there's no record of you in their records how is that possible," Tatsuo questioned.

"Because I was a disappointment, I didn't show any sign of possessing any of our clan's abilities, so when my mother realised this she had me removed from the records, not wanting a paper train of her greatest mistake," Sora said bitterness in her voice as she spoke about her mother.

Tatsuo had more questions for her but there was one main one, and he had a feeling it might set her off.

"Do you know how your clan died?" He asked.

Her body went tense, her hope that he wouldn't ask that flying out the window. images flashed through her mind and she closed her eyes.

"Sorry, you don't have to answer that," Tatsuo said as he cringed to himself this was what he was worried about.

"I don't know the full story, all I know was that he," Sora choked on her words not able to finish her sentence, but that's all Tatsuo needed to hear to know what she was about to say.

"You don't have to say anymore. Thank you for telling me, lets focus on the mission now," Tatsuo said hoping to direct her attention to something else.

Sora nodded as they continued to search through the main house she knew a lot of the secret paths Tatsuo had no clue about. With her here helping it was going by a lot quicker than he expected. The two of them alone were able to get through half the main house on their own, meaning depending on how much the other two were doing they could finish this up by mid-day tomorrow. The two walked into a familiar room to Sora, she knew she would have to come here eventually. They were now standing in her brother's room.

Tatsuo looked at her as her expression for once visibly changed to one of sorrow when they entered the bedroom. She probably knew the bedroom of everyone who lived there, and yet the other ones that they visited didn't cause a reaction like this, in fact, she seemed bitter when entering the other room. But she seemed different in this room.

He stood off to the side letting Sora walk around the room. She wandered around running her hand across the furniture. This used to be her safe place. This was where she hid away with her brother who always protected her.

"You abandoned me," A voice said.

Sora froze as she saw something white moving from the corner of her eye. She knew full well what she would see if she looked in that direction as she was afraid to look at him.

"Now you won't even look at me, how pathetic," He said.

Sora gulped as she turned to see her brother standing there again, the same sword wound through his chest. She cringed at the sight of him.

"you're not here," Sora mumbled to herself hoping it would help, but it didn't.

"you're right, I'm not and that's your fault," He growled.

Tatsuo stood off to the side watching Sora waiting to see if she needed him to step in, he had no idea what she was seeing, but it mustn't have been anything good. The sheer dread on her face made that plain to see.

"I know it's my fault," Sora mumbled.

"you're pathetic," He said.

"I'm pathetic," Sora repeated.

"Sora look at me," Tatsuo said as he walked in front of Sora.

Sora's brother was now blocked by Tatsuo who stood firmly in between them, as if he was a reminder of what was reality and what was her mind playing tricks on her.

"Damnit," Sora growled growing annoyed by the fact that she couldn't even trust her mind anymore.

Why was this happening? why did she have to relive those moments all over again?

"It's okay, it will take time but it will become easier to deal with. You will learn to live with it. It unfortunately will never go away completely, but it will get better. You will adapt," Tatsuo said speaking from experience.

It took some time but she was able to calm down and refocus herself. Once she calmed down she was blank, pushing all her emotions aside in an attempt to cope. She walked past Tatsuo knowing the one place they needed to check in here. Tatsuo watched as she walked up to a cupboard and fiddled around the ground lifting a floorboard revealing a hidden compartment.

There were quite a few books and scrolls hidden in there that Sora pulled out. But as she pulled out the last book she froze to see what was buried beneath it all. There was a photo of her and her brother as well as a small intricately carved wooden box with snowflakes engraved into it. With the box was an envelope with it addressed to her, from her brother. She stayed still unsure of what to do with it. Tstsuo peeked over her shoulder to see what caught her attention.

Sora noticed that and picked it up handing it to Tatsuo before taking the books and scrolls. She had put them in the bag they had to carry everything they found.

"It's addressed to you, don't you want it," Tatsuo asked.

"It's the property of the Hokage until he says otherwise," Sora said wanting to take them but stopping herself.

Tatsuo put them into a different smaller bag he carried.

"I'll be sure to keep them safe. I'm sure the Hokage will give it to you once we return," Tatsuo said hoping to reassure her.

She didn't reply as she made her way out of the room, heading back to where they had set up camp, this having been the last room they would search. She wanted to get away from there as soon as possible.
