The day of the final exam had arrived, Sora and Senshi had walked there together meeting up with the other genin there. Though Naruto and Sasuke were missing.

"Be careful Sora, I know you are strong but so is Amira she just doesn't act like it," Senshi said showing concern for Sora.

"I know, I won't underestimate her. You be careful too, I have a feeling they didn't show their full strength in the forest of death," Sora said.

"Look at you being worried about me," Senshi said smiling as she nudged Sora.

Sora rolled her eyes pushing Senshi away lightly. Senshi's face became serious as she looked forward knowing this was going to be tough.

"We got this," Senshi reaffirmed.

It soon began and they were all taken in as they were reminded of the battles and the order it would be going. The girls looked around at the crowd. Senshi smiled spotting Aisura with his dads sitting with her family. They cheered and waved at Senshi. Sora followed her gaze to see them a bitter-sweet feeling coming to her. She was happy Senshi had her family here to support her but it reminded her she had no one. Naruto finally showed up as they began explaining what was happening, being completely late.

they were told there was a rearrangement to the battle Dozu not being able to compete which didn't affect Senshi or Sora. The first battle was Neji vs Naruto. All the participants that weren't fighting at the moment went up to a waiting area where they could watch the fight.

"Surly Neji will win right," Senshi said.

"Don't underestimate Naruto. What he lacks in skill he makes up with his determination. He won't give up until he finds a way to win," Sora said looking down at them.

"But still Neji is known as a genius, a prodigy there are only a few people I can see beating him. That being Amira, Sasuke and you," Senshi said.

"Natural talent can only get you so far. I mean look how strong you have become and you don't believe you have much natural talent," Sora said looking around the arena.

Senshi looked at Sora, was she saying she was strong? Senshi smiled glad she wasn't pushing them away anymore. Sora looked around nervously, where was he where was Orochimaru watching from?

The battle commenced, and just as Senshi had predicted it seemed pretty one-sided. It didn't seem like Naruto stood and chance but he refused to give up. Sora smiled watching him.

"You still think he can do this?" Senshi questioned.

"Definitely," Sora said confusing Senshi.

Sora seemed like the type of person that would think like Neji but that wasn't the case. Sora believed in Naruto because she too was working as hard as she could to forge her own future, if he could win this then maybe she could keep her freedom and escape Orochimaru.

The fight continued and Naruto managed to trick Neji into almost getting a hit, but before it hit he did rotation. Sora's eyes narrowed as Senshi cringed. Naruto made more shadow clones surrounding Neji Sora sighed knowing by how cocky Neji was he still had something up his sleeve. Neji again did his rotation knocking Naruto back and destroying his clones. As Naruto got back up Neji moved forward striking Naruto doing his 64 palms. Sora cringed with Sesnhi knowing that was extremely painful.

"he's done," Senshi sighed.

Sora didn't say anything as she continued to watch the boy who struggled through everything thrown at him. She never talked to him but she always saw how hard he worked and she found it admirable so she still had some respect for him for that reason. Despite that, she couldn't deny it looked bad for him as he struggled to stand. But he still stood up not giving up. Neji spoke to Naruto though they couldn't hear it. When he finished up he hit Naruto directly in the chest sending him to the ground unmoving.

"Is that it for him?" Senshi questioned.

"No," Sora said as Naruto stood up.

Naruto made a hand sigh focusing his chakra a strange orange chakra surrounding him.

"What is he doing?" Senshi questioned.

"I don't know," Sora mumbled.

Now surrounded by that chakra he seemed to be fighting Neji on an even playing field. The two went in for an attack, after it Neji came out from the ground while Naruto laid on the ground but suddenly Naruto also came up from the ground hitting Neji in the jaw and revealing the shadow clone. Naruto was declared the winner and the crowd cheered.

"you were right," Senshi said.

If he could win an impossible fight then maybe Sora could fight for her freedom too. The battle was over and now it was time to move on to the next one. Senshi vs Atsushi, Sora looked at Senshi a bit worried, Shenshi saw this a smiled at Sora.

"Don't worry about me. I have improved in this following month," Senshi said confidently.

"I know," Sora said.

Senshi walked down to the area alongside Atsushi. Once they stood face to face her eyes narrowed, she was going to get some answers out of him no matter what it took. If Sora wasn't going to tell her then Senshi would get the information from someone else, and that was Atsushi. While she glared Atsushi smiled at her not worried about this battle in the slightest.

Aisura who was sitting up watching looked down at Senshi worried. He knew that look in her eyes. She had her mind set on something.

"Aisura," A masculine voice spoke.

Aisura looked over to see Senshi's dad looking down at her.

"Yes, mister Deon?" Aisura said not having ever talked to her dad before and was a bit surprised he even knew his name.

"What is my daughter's relationship with that girl, Sora?" He questioned.

"well we are teammates and Senshi sees her as a friend. They have gotten quite close since we were put on a team. There were definitely some bumpy patches but it's pretty solid now," Aisura said smiling glad at how far they had come.

Her dad looked at his daughter then at Sora his eyes narrowed. He had nothing against Sora personally but being so close to her could put his daughter in some bad situations which he didn't want. But he also knew he had no right to dictate his daughter's life so he would just keep an eye on it for now.
