A few days had passed of the training since Yasu had spoken to her, and she was glad a bit more was explained to her. Tatsuo guided her through the jutsu watching her catch on quickly and smiling at her. She was improving a great deal, maybe they could get to the point of having her start preparing to use the Korigan soon. However, despite her improvement, he could see the drain it was having on her.
Sora panted lightly her body lightly shaking from the exhaustion. She often found herself wondering why she was working so hard, no matter how hard she worked she wouldn't be able to stop Orochimaru. He would still get his hands on her. She shook her head, she had to work as hard as she could so she could escape him again with her strength this time.
Hours passed as they trained until the sun set and Tatsuo called in a night knowing she needed to rest. Sora reluctantly went to sleep knowing she had to keep her strength up to keep improving, but she felt off that night and was hoping she could sleep it off. She dozed off welcoming the rest.
Sora's eyes opened as she stood alone in a forest shivering as the ground beneath her feet began to freeze, her breathing became heavy and painful as she gripped her chest which felt tight. She didn't know what was happening, she had just gone to sleep, so where was Tatsuo sensei?
Sora looked around unconsciously wrapping her arms around herself as she began to see her breath. A wave of coldness shot through her as she fell to her knees, struggling to breathe. She watched as her fingertips turned blue. She was shivering as everything around her turned to ice. She closed her eyes trying to stop it but to no avail. She had no control over anything, nor did she really know what was happening she just felt like she was the cause of it.
As she got colder and continued to struggle in an attempt to stop what was happening she felt someone in front of her. She looked up to see Yasu there holding her hand out to her. Sora reached her hand out to grab hers but as she did she collapsed to the ground unable to hold her body up anymore. She laid there shivering as she watched the blueness of her skin spread and the tips of her fingers turn to ice. She felt like her heart would stop at any moment as it struggled to keep pumping. What was happening, and why was it happening?
"Wake up," Yasu called out.
Sora's eyes snapped open as she was shaken awake by Tatsuo sensei who was over her shivering. He looked down at her worry in his eyes. She looked around to see the ground below them had turned to ice.
"Take deep breaths, Sora," Tatsuo said.
As he said that Sora noticed her breathing was quick and shallow. She closed her eyes taking deep breaths and as she did the ice slowly thawed. It took a few minutes before she had calmed down. She opened her eyes looking up at Tatsuo confused.
"What happened?" She questioned.
"Your powers are getting stronger the longer the seal is gone. You are struggling to control it," Tatsuo said.
He hadn't expected her to gain so much power so quickly. If it kept going at this rate she would lose control completely and he wouldn't be able to do anything to stop it. He had to move her training along faster if he wanted to keep her safe.
"go back to sleep, we will talk about this tomorrow," He said.
Sora nodded still groggy and tired going back to sleep. The new day arrived and he led her to a river that had a small waterfall. He looked at her knowing the most important part was getting her body ready.
"you know how to walk on water right? Use that method to sit on the water, use your kekkei genaki to make the water as cold as possible and stay there no matter how cold it gets. This will make you have to keep your chakra control perfect and make you have to do that for awhile while getting you used to using you kekkei genkai as well and getting used to the cold temperatures," He explained.
Sora nodded as she sat down doing what he said. He looked down and noticed small bits of ice forming in the water including the waterfall she sat under which was good, She definitely felt cold but tried not to focus on it. She stayed like that for five minutes before falling through the water it all becoming all too much.
"Again," Tatsuo said.
Sora went at it again as Tatsuo still watching, he didn't have the luxury of taking it slow and easy on her anymore. He was hoping with this she wouldn't lose control like last night, as well as just preparing for when they finally had her activate it. She kept going lasitng about five minutes again Tatsuo making her do it again. He knew it was draining but she had to push herself to the limits. They continued like that for the next few days, there not being another episode again. She had managed to sit there for an hour. On the water, the icy water affecting her a little less now.
She meditated calmly breathing deeply, at times it felt like she could feel the ice running through her veins but it didn't feel bad, it felt like she was connecting better with her powers. Tatsuo continued to watch glad it seemed like she was gaining more control. She was progressing well.
The month passed by doing this and more practice with her kekkei genkai in preparation for the final stage.

Amira stood in front of her parents just finishing training.
"Amira, if it comes down to it use it in the chunin exam," Her mother said.
"But," She began but her father cut her off.
"You will not lose to an outsider. Put her in her place Amira. You will do whatever you have to to beat that girl," He said as they walked away.
Amira let out a sigh, why did they call her an outsider was it just because she wasn't born here? It made no sense Sora was just as much a part of the leaf as her so why was this happening? Besides she didn't want to use it against Sora not knowing if she could use it in battle properly yet and sacred she could hurt Sora. But if she lost she would bring shame to her clan and she would never live it down as the heir of the clan.
"Sorry Sora," Amira mumbled.
