"I think the question you really wanted to ask was, since when I've been using spearmint toothpaste. The answer is simple, as long as I remember. It's the only taste I can stand. So tell me, who did you think you smelled when you sniffed on the Amortentia? Weasel? He most certainly smells more like a dead slug than spearmint."

She was barely audible when she answered.

"My own toothpaste but Ron wiped it off my cheek." She gulped. "I thought I smelled the spearmint because of that short moment of intimacy. But..."

"Yes?"

She tried to push him away.

"Stop messing with me, Malfoy. I am in a very stressful situation, you're nice to me despite the many times you called me names, you smell like spearmint toothpaste and new parchment..."

He interrupted her.

"That's actually more like the new parchment right behind you!"

"Oh, well, still. Please let go of me. You don't want me to hex you, do you?" Hermione pleaded.

Only then he noticed that she still held her wand.

"Why did he leave your wand with you? Did he want 'me' to take it away again or is he that convinced that you won't mean any harm to him?" The blond asked.

Hermione now smirked.

"I didn't try to hide anything from him. He could walk through all my thoughts as he wanted. I might have pushed a few thoughts to the surface to distract him but I truly and honestly mean no harm to the child. And before you question any further, if you knew, I would have to kill 'you'." She said jokingly, mimicking him, speaking about the knowledge of the dark lord's and Bellatrix's child.

"I don't think you would try to use your wand against me. Just admit it, you feel attracted to me."

"I don't!" Hermione said sternly and with a clear and strong voice.

Now Draco smirked down at her.

"You don't want to know where the freshly mown grass came from then? Does Quidditch ring a bell for you? Slytherin training always took place right after Filch had cut the lawn on the field. So..."

"You wish, Malfoy, just let me go now. Or at least keep your distance!" She spat.

"Oh, you wanna play a little role game? Fine with me. This is your dance space, and this is my dance space!" He said with an unphased expression.

The muggle-born's jaw dropped.

"How do you know about this?" She asked.

"Rebellious teenager? Me and the other boys sneaking into muggle London and watching it in some old cinema. The only other movie being played at that day was something about an island with wingless dragons who tried to eat the muggles going there to see them." He said in disbelief.

The young woman laughed.

"You mean Jurassic Park, Malfoy. They aren't dragons, they are dinosaurs. They were extinct and some scientists managed to clone them and get them to hatch from the eggs they used from other reptiles, like crocodiles or big snakes. Then they turned the whole island into a theme park and wanted to let families come and see the revived monsters."

"Yeah, whatever. It sounded like crap, The other film promised young women in short skirts and white, wet shirts. That's all I have to say!" Malfoy confessed.

"Yeah, nobody puts Baby in a corner!"

"You've seen it?" He was flabbergasted, He had watched exactly one muggle film and she knew it.
