The evening approached quickly and after spending the night doing Bellatrix' makeup and hair, Narcissa and Hermione had gone back to their own rooms to change into their festive clothes.

Draco had been waiting for her, trying to keep himself busy before he would go and face the werewolf on his own. He had just gotten into his dressing robes, when his wife apparated into the room, immediately stumbling into the bathroom and emptying her stomach.

The young man rushed to her side and comfortingly rubbed her back.

"I wished I could do something for you, love. But even if you're feeling bad afterwards, it's safer than walking here after what happened in the morning. I... sorry, I didn't mean to remind you... I...."

He hung his head. But Hermione who had finished vomiting by now cupped his cheek and leant her forehead against his.

"It's okay, honey. I was lucky and nothing happened. But I'd prefer to take my wand with me and walk in the future. I can't throw up every time I enter a room."

He chuckled bitterly.

"I get it. Still, I'd rather see you sick and safe than not nauseous and in danger."

"Only a little longer and the puking should be over. Then I can go back to disapparating instead of walking. I see you're already done changing. Would you mind helping me into my dress?"

He smirked and winked at her.

"Of course I won't mind helping you undress and get into your gown."

Hermione slapped his upper arm playfully.

"We don't have time for 'that'."

Draco chuckled softly.

"We'll see. Maybe once the ceremony is over and the newlyweds are going to have their wedding night." He suggested but the young woman shook her head.

"Once the ceremony is over, we're going to take Delphi with us so they can have some alone time without waking her up. So, if the baby is sleeping in the room with 'us', we won't be able to do anything too loud anyway." She reminded him.

"Hm, maybe we could use a muffliato? We would still be able to hear Delphini but she won't be disturbed by any possible noise coming from us. How's that?" Then he recalled the incident from earlier and wondered. "I am such a moron. Are you even in the mood to ever do 'that' again? After he almost..."

But Hermione, who had by then cleaned her mouth, just smiled at him and kissed him passionately.

"Luckily Bella saved me before he could do anything to me, so... You remember that since I'm pregnant I am always 'in the mood', right?"

Draco beamed at her and enthused.

"Well, let's get you dressed then so we can go downstairs and get the whole ceremony over with. I can't wait to make love to you all night long."

"How about a quickie and then cuddling all night long? I am still exhausted most of the time."

"Fine with me. We could have the baby cuddle with us, if you liked. I found a couple of spells that protect little children from being suffocated or rolled over or falling off the bed."

"You 'found' a couple of spells? Where have you been looking?"

He blushed before he admitted.

"I might have ordered a couple of books about children and what to expect when they show the first signs of magic from Flourish and Blotts."

This time the pregnant girl didn't just kiss him but jumped him with so much momentum that they both fell over onto his bed.

"I love you even more for being so sweet."

After a short but hot makeout session, they barely made it on time to the ceremony where an officiant was standing in front of Bellatrix and Voldemort, about to marry them. He had gotten strict instructions on what to say, as the main part of the ceremony would be the spells that Draco and Hermione had used as well and which would bind not only them but also their magic to the other's.

"We've all gathered here to witness Bellatrix Black and Tom Marvolo Riddle to be united in holy matrimony. To not keep you all waiting, we'll come straight to the point.

Do you, T-Tom M-Marvolo R-R-Riddle..." He struggled to speak out the names while looking directly into the dark lord's face. "...take Bellatrix Black to be your lawfully wedded wife so answer with: I do."

"I do." His voice was cold and emotionless but his grip on her hands was tender and loving.

The officiant cleared his throat and turned towards Bella.

"Do you, Bellatrix Black take Tom Marvolo Riddle to be your lawfully wedded husband so answer with: I do."

"I do." Her voice was firm and clear and she was looking directly into his eye, something only she did deliberately.

"I hereford declare you husband and wife. You may now kiss the bride."

He did. Not a short peck or a soft and appropriate kiss, but a savage and passionate one, that made her legs give in and she had to hold on to him tightly. The few people around them applauded until the officiant raised his hands and added a last sentence.

"Ladies and Gentleman, I introduce Mr and Mrs Black. May their union last long and be blessed."

The others gasped when they heard the name. Hermione, though, instantly understood. Like that Voldemort had finally gotten rid of his muggle father's name and was instead carrying an old pureblooded family's name.

Draco and her waited for Narcissa and Lucius, as well as Snape and Bella's mother Druella to give the new couple their best wishes then they stepped in front of them as well. Draco hugged his aunt softly and pecked her cheek.

"Congratulations, Bella. And to you too, my lord." He held out a trembling hand to Voldemort. The dark wizard shook it then pulled the boy into a half hug.

"Thank you, Draco." He hissed in his friendliest tone.

Hermione cleared her throat as she stood before them, not sure how to react. She was holding Delphi, who had seen and heard her parents and was happily squealing.

"Congratulations to both of you." She muttered, her eyes still on the floor when she felt the dark lord's hand on her shoulder and winced. But she quickly played over it and glimpsed at Bella who had narrowed her eyes.

"Thank you!" She squeezed out. "Now let me kiss my baby before you can take her with you. And I certainly hope you'll take especially good care of her tonight so she won't miss us at all."

Hermione blushed, feeling as if the witch had read both their thoughts, when she nodded and assured her.

"Of course we will."

Indeed, as well Bella as the dark lord had read her thoughts and knew what they had planned. Now Voldemort smirked and said so quietly that only the four of them could hear.

"Let them have their fun. They are forced to be apart all week. Just imagine how hard that would be."

Bellatrix grinned and leaned against him.

"Fine, but only because I am in a good mood today. But stop your inner smile about the name. It's disrespectful towards the dark lord."

Hermione couldn't keep her mouth shut about it.

"I'm sorry, but it's just... in the muggle world so many men wouldn't take their wife's name as they think that would take away their masculinity. With doing that, in my eyes, you haven't lost any respect but gained a lot. If you know what I mean." She explained.

Voldemort grinned.

"I never cared about those things. Until recently at least. But I think I've proven my 'masculinity'."

"Multiple times, my lord." Bella gushed out and made the younger couple blush and giggle sheepishly. "Now go. We have some things to attend to."

Grinning and whispering, Draco and Hermione went with the baby into their bedroom, while the newlyweds said a short goodbye to the other guests before he apparated them both into his bedroom.
