The Riders

Lizzy brought Roxanne in Max's office. The blondie had a strong grip on the brunette's wrist the whole way around.

"Why did you bring me here!?" asked Roxanne as she pulled her hand out of the other female's grip.

Lizzy did not speak. She just closed the door behind her.

A moment of silence passed between the girls when Lizzy finally decided to break it.

"The Riders are not saints". She said.

"What do you mean?" asked Roxanne with a dumbfounded expression.

"I assume you're well aware of what your former 'pookie bear' did to my husband's father".

"What about that?"

Lizzy sighed.

"Did you know that after Mr Rider's death me and Max assassinated the hitman Richard hired? He happened to be someone close to your boyfriend".

"Why are you telling me this?"

"So you understand that this family is no good!"

"And since when do you care abouty well being?" asked Roxanne in suspicion. "How do I know that you're not telling me this because you just want me far from Max? For once more Lizzy, I have nothing for Max!"

"Did you know that the reason Richard killed his father was because he was responsible for the mass murder of his family?" Lizzy cut the other female off.

"Lizzy shut up-" began Roxanne but she was cut off again.

"That his mother was a prostitute?"

"I might not have feelings for him but I have a moral compass and how DARE you talk shit about his family?"

"No one in this family is a saint Roxy! I suggest you stay away before its too late".

The argument between the girls was getting worse with Lizzy trying to reveal the secrets of the Rider family and Roxanne not believing her. Suddenly a manly voice was heard.

"Lizzy, that's enough! You did great".

A/N: This chapter didn't go as planed. In fact the two last chapters disappointed me but I didn't really know what to write and I wanted to finish this book asap cause I didn't write for a long time
