The group was woken up by the loud squawk of a crow as it tried to devour a plastic bag.

"Hey! Get out of here!" Tom hissed, flinging his arms about to frighten the bird. Ariella groaned while rubbing her eyes as she tried to wake herself. The blond tried to sit up, but two strong arms kept a tight hold of her.

"Minho, let go." Aria mumbled, shaking her fiancé.

"I'm up, i'm up." Minho mumbled with his eyes still closed.

"Grab my hand and i'll pull." Gia instructed. The two girl grasped hands, Gia heaving Aria out of Minhos arms and up to her feet.

"He's like a blanket but only if that blanket was super glued to you." Aria chuckled as she brushed away the dirt off her cargos. It was safe to say that no one got a proper good sleep last night. The frightening screams of the nearby Cranks making it almost impossible to get a proper nights sleep.

"Are they gone?" The blonde brit asked Thomas.

"Yeah, I think we're safe for now. Okay, we should get moving. Let's pack it up." Tom said, grabbing his bag. Sleepy groans could be heard from everyone as they moved up from the floor, gathering their small amount of things they had in them. It's sad to think their only belongings that they had weren't even their own, just things they had stolen from others.

The group of nine climbed their way through the rouble until they made it to the top, finally getting a view of the what the world had become. A desolated City lay in wait for them, huge piles of sand eating away at the ruins of the former City. Rusting cars lay abandoned, scattered throughout the roads, just left to rot away. Aria wasn't sure if she wanted to continue this adventure if this is what's left of the world. She missed the glade, when things used to be simple. She missed her brother.

"What the hell happened to this place?" Fry mumbled as they began their trek to the mountains.

"I don't know. It doesn't look like anyone's been here in a long time." Newt responded as he scanned the area surrounding him. Stones could be heard crunching under the foot of the group as they walked the abandoned streets.

"I hope the whole world's not like this." Aris commented.

"This might be all that is left." Gina's tone was hopeless as she spoke. There had never been a damn good thing in her life, why start being hopefull now?

"Whoa, whoa, hang on, stop." Thomas said, making the whole group turn to look back at him. "Do you hear that?"

Everyone remained silent listening out for any noise. The low sound of an aircraft's blades moving against the wind as it neared closer.

"Get down. Everybody, hide! Hide! Hide!"

"Fuck! Where?" Aria cursed, running around in a three-sixty, not seeing anywhere to hide.
