LEAH'S P.O.V

This part of the job which is clearly mine to settle was killing me. I had to stare at this stupid classroom and stupid set of humans that teaches dumb subjects. The observation aspect that was my main mission at this place which was the third God.

I have not seen any reason to keep staring at him and the more i look at him i just see a good person, that all. From where i came from, i would classify him as a person of my father's character. Defensive towards his friends, quick to speak his mind and very collective. In terms of earth logics that i have learnt in the last few days, i see no reason to have him killed but in Josiah's spiritual battle aspect, he just have to die. Well, sorry for him.

"What the fuck am i doing here," I said to myself and a girl sat behind me, leaning slightly towards me.

"That fuck word isnt something godly, you should tone it down a bit," She said and i faked a smile.

Who is she, the gates of heaven

"I also make that mistake though, especially when i am angry," She said with a slight chuckle. Glad she corrected her behaviour that made her look perfect. "I'm Teresa by the way, what about you?" She asked, her smile perfectly stable. What the fuck is wrong with humans?

"I am Leah," I replied and she smiled, her complete set of teeth showing making me irritated within me.

What's with her. She is acting like a psycho.

I heard footsteps and saw Teresa spring away from with a small wince escaping her lips. The tension and the atmosphere changed as I felt that I was in the midst of a spiritual being. It was painful that he didn't know his true self and he had to die.

"Don't let her disturb you with her talks of wisdom," I heard his voice but I still maintained my eyes to the floor not wanting to make eye contact with him.

"I thought we were okay," Teresa said, lifting herself up from the floor.

"Sure, that doesn't mean I would let you disturb everybody you come across," He replied her and resumed speaking with me.  "I am Gabriel," he said.

Fuck, I would have to greet him also.

I looked up at hi, our eyes meeting and my heart racing. He was surprisingly handsome and seeing him just made a lot of difference in my thought . An example was why the hell did we have to kill him?

"I am Leah, I was just talking to your friend here," I said and he smiled before frowning at Teresa.

"Sure, she is my friend. I guess, you can say that," He said. "Well, nice to meet you. Be careful," He added and walked away. My eyes was pinned on him as I watched him move away, leaving the class.

"He always do that,"Teresa said, apologetically. "Forgive him ," she added and I nodded.

"You guys are people I can definitely control my irritation towards," I said before realizing that the words had already escaped my lips.

"Irritation?" She asked, her faced concerned mix with confusion.

"Well, I just mean. You know, the behaviour of other students. Like the one who beat up your friend before Gabriel intervened," I explained to the best of my ability and she smiled in understanding.

That was close.

GABRIEL'S P.O.V

For those that know, I was finally back with my parent and not that I was in their good Grace's but we were getting there. However, my sis was very glad to see me and she hasn't stop hovering me ever since I came back.

"Did you ever go to church when you were out?" She asked and I smiled, following with a slight nod. "That's a lie," she said and I chuckled.

"I promise to go from now on," I said, stretching my pinky finger towards her and she grabbed it with hers.

"Promise?"

"Sure, promise," I replied and she hugged me tightly. I never knew I could grow this kind of bond with my sister. I never liked her and I don't understand the reason for this sudden love for her.

Don't misunderstand me, I am not still a hundred percent in sync with their lifestyle and christianity but I was willing to make it work this time and part of the reason was because I was fucking scared. Scared that my life would still end and if it wanted to it should be with my family.

I joined the wrong people and I am going to pay dearly for it. They were all dead and their death didn't even look ordinary. Only in nigeria were there things like magic and witches but the way that guy moved, he was using something other than human instinct.  I am very sure coming her puts my family in danger but I am also sure that I am safer here, in a place they don't know of. I can't stop thinking of the manner at which I saw them dead. One having a knife, struck from the back of his neck coming out from his mouth. The sight was irritating.

"What are you thinking about?" My sis asked and I looked at her as she laid on my chest, her leg stretched out as it covered the rest of the couch.

"Nothing," I replied.

"That didnt look like nothing. Your face had a worried expression," she said and I ran my hands through her hair, caressing it a little.

"Just school stuff," I said and she nodded, facing what she was watching. I moved her head off me and placed it gently on the couch and stood up, heading to my room.

"You are leaving me," she yelled and I laughed.

"I have an early day tomorrow. I get to sleep," I said and she sighed .

"Whatever," she muttered and I chuckled, leaving the premises and ventured to my room.
