“ Did she call? “ Aahan asked.
“ Yes, She called.” Darshit said.
“ What did she say? “ Aahan asked.
“ Yahi ki wo mujhse pyaar nahi karti, mai better deserve karta hun, or wo is shaddi se peeche nahi hat sakti” Darshit told Aaahan everything what Mihika said.
“ Bullshit”
“ Exactly my words.”
“ You know what, this phone call conversation is not helping at all, you need to talk to her , One on One.” Aahan said.
“ You know that’s not possible” Darshit said.
“ hmm.. Let me give it a try.” Aahan said .
He took his phone and called Divika.
“ Hey sweetheart. How’s you?” Aahan said.
“ hiee love. I’m fine. Thank you.” Divika said from the other side.
“ Tum to mujhe bilkul bhul ki gayi ho” Aahan said in a complaining tone.
“ AR, you know na I have been busy with Mihika’s engagement and now , the wedding” Divika said.
“ Wedding? When is that?” Aahan asked casually.
“ In three days.” Divika said.
“ 3 days. That’s too soon.” Aahan said.
“ I know” Divika said.
“ Aacha leave all this, I wanna see you .” Aahan said.
“ yaa okay, facetime.” Divika said.
“ NO, I wanna see you in person, now” Aahan said.
“ you know that’s not possible” Divika said.
“ But if you want, you can make it possible, can’t you put such small effort for your love,” Aahan said.
“But baby—“
“I don’t know anything, I said, that’s it,” Aahan said stubbornly.
“Okay, you come home. ” Divika said.
A sly smile appeared on Aahan’s face upon hearing Divika’s words. He hung up and told Darshit, “ chalo, tumhe tumhari hone waali biwi se milwate hai”
“Future wife?” Darshit asked in astonishment.
“Yes, why, don’t you want to marry Mihika?” Aahan said.
