Mate

"Hyung, I'm telling you, she's here. Everyone can smell it. We can sense the claim on her." Han tried to argue with the stubborn vampire who won't even hear them out. It was taking everything for the younger vampire to not just straight up punch his hyung to knock him out and finally take him to his mate.

The others just gave up and allowed the vampire to do whatever he likes. They knew he would never listen to them unless he himself has felt it or seen it. Either way, the vampire needed to see it for himself to believe it. The thing is, he won't even go to her in fears that it might not be true. He didn't want to get his hopes up, only to be let down once more.

"Hyunjin, where were you staying in Australia?" Their leader, Chan asked.

Hyunjin turned towards him. "The manor has been finished. I was staying there."

Chan nodded in response.

The Skz coven is one of the most famous and powerful vampire covens. Covens have a unique relationship. Others can be romantic while most is platonic. Skz is one of the covens that treat each other as family. 

They are the only coven with pure-blooded vampires. They all came from different sort of powerful vampire families whose history can be traced thousands of centuries ago. Their authority was something not a lot would dare to defy. However, as popular as they are, nobody really knew about them. Their wealth, status, and many more. That is what made them a lot scarier.

Now, vampires weren't exactly rare, but humans filled the majority of the population at Levanter. It was something that took a while to establish and exist with peace. It took a lot of laws and protests to finally have the two races coexist with each other.

Chan, the leader of the coven. He is the eldest amongst the eight. He is nearly ten centuries old and is the strongest among them. He is the brain of the coven and handles the politics. He has short black hair and long prominent fangs.

Minho is the second eldest as well as the scariest. Being scary and powerful are two different things. He is usually the one in charge of interrogating as he can intimidate a person in a single glance. Both vampires and mortals. He is pale with silver hair and lips as red as blood.

Changbin handles their blood supplies as well as their properties. He is good with handling money and is the one holding most of their important documents. He has black hair and sharp fangs that can be seen as he smiles.

Han is their representative in global assemblies because of his connections to the vampire society. He is a social butterfly and can enchant someone in a single glance. Has pale skin that contrasts his black hair and rose cheeks.

Felix handles their overseas connections. Vampires were a small population, meaning, they tend to know everyone because of such small community. He has blonde long hair and lips a bit lighter that Minho's.

Seungmin is incharge of their businesses all over the country. He takes care of their paperworks. He also performs monthly visits to the important buildings. He has short brown hair and fangs that were shorter than Changbin's but just as sharp.

Jeongin takes care of their businesses outside of the country. He does the same job as Seungmin except he does it overseas. He has black hair but longer than Chan's.
