The night had passed and it's moving day.
X led everyone to the portal and and they went through one by one. Except for Mumbo, he used the rift. He grabbed NPG's hand, he grabbed RG, and then RG grabbed Grumbot's hand so Mumbo could lead them all into the rift.
X didn't use the portal either since he has to shut down this server manually.
"Goodbye Season 9. Season 10 here I come" X said, saying one last farewell to Season 9.
Xisuma left the game.
X shut down the server from the outside. If he did it from the inside, he'd be stuck. He headed over to the season 10 portal.
"Newspaper Sir" a player gently threw them the new newspaper and walked off.
"Oh thank you" X caught it and opened it up to read it while he walked to season 10 or Season X as some may call it. He saw some disturbing news he prayed he'd never see.
'READ ALL ABOUT IT. A PRISONER FROM THE VOID PRISONS JUST ESCAPED! HOW DID HE MANAGE IT?'
"Nonono. This can't be real" He muttered as he stopped in his tracks, literally. "He escaped, but how...??" X continued reading the whole article then saw this 'DREAMS OWN SERVER NAMED DREAM SMP HAS OFFICIALLY ENDED!? READ ALL ABOUT IT.'
Grian didn't read that part, he got too focused on the whole escaping bit which is understandable considering what happened.
"Drista? The girl you came onto my server...hmm" He put the news paper on a bench then joined the server. Doing something very important as soon as he joined.
Xisuma joined the game.

xisumavoid left the game.
The hermits hadn't started yet. They were all stood around a lava pool which was the new spawn. They began by getting Mumbo to do the introduction to season 10, as per usual and got started collecting materials. They also introduced the two new hermits.
Once enough was gathered, they set up a small and very simple party to welcome the new members to the Hermit family.
*Come on Grian...you gotta show up..* Mumbo thought, still having not seen him arrive.
+During the party+
"Welcome to season 10 Skizzleman and Joel Smallishbeans" Xisuma, their new admin was the first to welcome then immediately after Impulse. He's been waiting for a day like this to come for a long time. Obviously Etho welcomed Joel too.
"Welcome to the family guys!" Stress welcomed them along with everyone else. Well almost.
X immediately went off to the side after that, making sure the server was running properly and he's been trying to contact someone who won't answer him.
Papa K noticed him. "Seriously Shashwammy?"
"What?"
Keralis giggled and shook his head while walking away. Suma just looked at him confused.
"Hey Mumbo"
"Hey X. Still no answer..?"
"Im getting worried. I know you said we just have to trust him but I can't help it"
"I know what I said but I'm also getting worried about him."

Grian was just sat against a wall. It completely slipped his mind that it was season 10 time. He saw he had a bunch of messages from X. He stood up and kinda limped over to the season 9 portal, it was fading away. Now if he ever wants to go back he'll have to get the world download. He walked around for a bit until he noticed a new portal, and guess which one it was. It was the one he was looking for, Hermitcraft Season X.
He joined the server and tried his best to hide any injuries that weren't on his face. Luckily the bruises haven't really come in yet.
