Chapter 3 sense it

                           Alex pov

Time pass away very quickly then I imagined which is a good thing as now, I'm hungry as hell.

I walk out of the class and start to look for my new friend... I forgot what he told me his name... pucas? Tucas? Lucas? Oh yeah, right his name is lucas now I remember.

Few minutes passed but there was no sign of him. I decide to head to cafeteria by myself.

I sigh and look around one last time before walking towards the direction of cafeteria but before I can reach it, I felt two hands cover my eyes.

I flinch and quickly turn around to see lucas. I sigh and look at him annoyed as he continues to laugh.
" oh my....alex, you look like a small kid when you're scared!!"

He continues to say between laughs
" oh yeah, that's because I didn't expect 'someone' to cover my eyes out of nowhere "

I said as I look at him with serious eyes. His smile fades and he look down.

" sorry alex... " he said in sad tone as he continues to look down. I look at him, trying my best to hold my laughter but I didn't succeed though.

He looks at me confused " why are you laughing?" " because, you're the one who's a kid here, kiddo~"

He pout but then also smile and we both went to cafeteria. After getting our trays, lucas also introduced me to his mates.

He has 2 male and 1 female mate. " sam, max and lily, they are my mates" he said as he points towards them, telling me their names.

I also smile and introduce myself. After our little introduction with each other,  we all started to eat.

After 10 minutes, I again hear a scream, more like an announcement. A girl with blonde hair said something like "they" are coming.

I look at lucas confused as he looks at the door and rolls his eyes. " Here we go..." he said while drinking juice.

I look at the door to notice those 6 boys from earlier. They walk inside and sit on a table which was far from us. " lucas, can I ask you something?" I asked as I look at him.

" hmm, sure. Go ahead" he said without raising his head, busy in eating. I look around to make sure no one's near us, then I lean towards lucas and said in a low whisper.

" who are " they" exactly?" I ask as I notice the change of Lucas's face as he put his juice down and look at me. Same with his mates.

Lucas sigh " well... I don't know how should I say this " lily grab Lucas's hand and squeeze it.

Lucas nod at her and then lily says " Just know that alex, they are very dangerous. They are someone we shouldn't mess with."" But why's that?" I ask curiously.

" you're new here alex but we're here for a long time and believe me, you wouldn't want to be near them."

Lily says as she looks at me. I nod my head and she continues. " They all are mates, their names are liam, oliver, noah, kai, finn and James. The one who's sitting in the left side of table is kai, he's the leader."

" He's the most richest one in this school and you can say,  everything that happens here is by their permission."

" what about the teachers?" I ask.

" Teachers and even principal can't do anything to them. They can't even tell them no. They have a lot of power here."

" ohh..." I said as I take in all this info.
" but you shouldn't worry, as long as you're away from them, you will be fine. Just try to not get involved with them."

I nod my head. We all start to eat but my mind was thinking something else.

I turn my head and look at all of them. They all are surely very...attractive, to be honest.

Wait... what the heck I'm thinking? I have to stay away from them, no matter what happens. 

I was thinking but then suddenly,  my eyes met with one of them. I think his name is... james, I guess? We continue to stare at each other until his lips form a smirk and he winks at me.

I look at him with a sudden surprise. I quickly turn around to hide the blush which was now forming on my cheeks without my permission.

I take a deep breath and continue to eat. After eating, I build some courage to look at them one last time but as soon as I turn around,  I saw not one but all of them staring right at me.

Their stare... I don't know why but I think something is not right.

After that everything was like a blur and soon, the day was over. Finally,  now I can rest. Pheww....

                    Third person's pov

After alex went away, kai and his mates all look at each other.

Liam spoke " guys, do you all also feel this what I'm feeling?"

They all nod. " do you think he's...." oliver said as he look at kai, who seems to be in deep thought.

" Yes, he is." Kai said as he look at the direction where alex went.

"What but how can you be so sure?" Noah asked as he looked at kai, who was still looking there. He spoke in his deep voice

                        " I can sense it "
