Third person's pov
After Alex left...
Silence...
No one speak up again as Alex left.
Finn just look at the door, where alex was just moments ago.
Then he again sit back down on his seat.
"He's right though" James said after a long moment of silence.
Liam adds in "What fault does he have in this? If i was in his place, i would also feel forced-"
liam stop as both kai and noah glance at him.
He stare back at them.
"So, are we forcing any of you? Do you all think that what I'm doing is wrong?"
Kai ask as others exchange glances towards each other.
"I never said you are wrong or mean anything harmful..."
"But it seems like alex thinks I am"
kai said, his voice still calm but sadness visible..
maybe also hurt...
They all can understand kai as being the oldest one among them, he's the responsible and mature type.
He's the one taking incharge in times of difficulties...
He's dominating but also to a limit.
He knows the difference between dominance and abusing someone...
He never intends to harm his mates in any ways...
But in situation like this, doubts come...
"Kai... You know, we all love you and Alex does too but you have to understand him as well... Especially he's new.."
James said softly as he cup Kai's face gently. His tone shifting, getting gentle and understanding with each words.
"Can you blame him? He's just meet with us, knew about our family stuff, was trying to adjust and then he founds he has another mate.... And there's a fight between his own mates.... That's too harsh, don't you think?"
He says as he waits for kai reaction or response but only he gets silence but it was okay, he knew his words are affecting...
"Well... I do agree with you on this"
Oliver says in a quiet tone as he looks the other way, like admitting this is already hard enough for him.
James continue
"He isn't wrong to ask for wanting his all mates together.. We can't get him to hate theo, we don't ourselves hate him... Isn't that right? Me and others don't..."
"But he-"
Noah interrupt but James was quick to quiet him down, atleast for now.
