I could really sense the awkwardness...

Ahh...

At this point, i think awkwardness and me has become friends!

Why's it's always where I'm!!

We all were eating quietly, the sounds of clicking spoons and plate, just this...

Finn has filled out plates with several things which is no doubt very delicious but too bad no one is saying anything...

I glance at theo who was just quietly playing with his food, only eating bits..

as soon as he finds me looking at me, he just passes a smile and eat a bit just to show...

Our plates were almost empty but his was still full, only a bit portion eaten..

"is the food not liking to you theo?"

Finn asked, his voice gentle but underneath it, he was worried.

Theo just shakes his head,

"No, it is good.... I just..."

"Is there anything specific you would like to eat?"

"No no, it's all fine... No worries"

"No need finn, don't exhaust yourself for someone who will not appreciate it" Noah said

"Noah!" Finn said but before he could finish, theo speak up

"I don't really eat much now..." He just said with a small apologetic smile

"But you haven't finished anything..."

I said as I look at his plate then at him.

Suddenly his phone ding, a notification or something...

He looks at it then slowly puts it back in his pocket.

It was hard to notice the change in his expression but as he was just right beside me, i could notice it.

He then look at the clock

"Is everything alright?"

I ask in a low voice. He looks at me, a bit surprised by my question but then his eyes soften.

"Yeah..."

"So... Alex, why did you arrange this dinner?"

I hear kai say as i turn towards him.

"No reason...."

I said quietly but I'm sure kai isn't convinced.

I look at James but he could only look back at me.

"Well...uhm... I wanted dinner with my mates, all of them... I read on phone that when all of the mates eat together, especially dinner, it said to increase love between them"
