I feel kinda weird. Like today should be special.... Hmm.... Let's see.... Kat and Volt are running out of Slender's office... Normal... Wait-
I took a double take. What were Kat and Volt doing in Slender's office? I went over to them, avoiding the door to the office (to avoid a certain someone who is always watching me), and took out my board.
What were you doing in the Slenderman's office? Don't tell me you got into trouble.
I had to tap Kat roughly on the shoulder to get her attention. Silence has its drawbacks.
Finally, Kat looked up and read my board.
"Wha- no! We were just rejected for what felt like the millionth time...."
Rejected? I wrote.
"Yea", said Volt. "We wanted to have the Fourth of July be an official holiday for Creepypastas, but Slender won't let us celebrate"
Oh... Well, maybe I'll try to persuade him?
Kat shook her head.
"You could try, but Jeff said Slendy was even reluctant to let us have Christmas..."
Just let me give it a shot
Kat and Volt looked at each other, then me, and then shrugged.
"Whatever you say, Silee."
I went to the Office door and politely knocked. From somewhere inside, Slender called out-
"Yes. Come in"
I went in, and wrote on my board. Then I stopped, remembering that the Slenderman can read minds. As I was erasing my board, Slenderman said in my mind,
Yes child, what do you want?
In my mind, I thought in words best I can.
Can you please make Independence Day a holiday for us? Many of us would appreciate it, for many of us are Americans...
Slenderman looked at me hard.
I continued, ... For example, your proxies Hoodie, Masky and Toby all come from the States*...
Slenderman stood up from his desk.
Fine. You are the eleventh person to ask me for this holiday, and I guess I will just let you have it. You are dismissed.
I left smiling, ready to tell Kat the great news.

:Jane POV:
I can't believe it. We actually got another holiday. The proxies have been asking for this for years, and now they can finally have it. Anyways, we had a party out in the yard, and everything was decorated with red, white, and blue lights, ribbons, and all that good stuff. I know because I took the pain to decorate the yard, with Silee and Jill's help.
Jill isn't American as far as I know, but she loves a good party.
There was almost a fight during the party when Jeff suggested playing spin the bottle... (BEN had shouted 'Noooo I'll get coooootiessss!!!).
Now it is evening, and we are starting to pull out all the fireworks we had left over from major parties, pranks, and New Years. Sparklers, Fountains, Roman Candles, Firecrackers.... All of those fun little ones along with the rockets which make the legit fireworks you see in the sky.
Those of us who feared fire (including me) stayed near the back, while others (like Toby, Especially Toby) were running around and lighting the fireworks, and having a good time. I never thought I'd see Masky so happy... (he doesn't even like Christmas, that Scrooge!). Pretty much, that night was, like, the best night ever. Except that a great many of us got drunk. There were injuries. ANN had to stop doing her Face- erm, work, so she was very cranky. Slendy was mad at a lot of us for being drunk. It was simply Horrendous.
But still- best night ever.

* The MarbleHornets was filmed somewhere in California, close to Yosemite National Park, so we are assuming that is where Masky and Hoodie come from. Toby is from Denver, Colorado. Read his story of you don't believe me.
