My Endgame

"Mae.." First looked at his mom..
His eyes showed clear sence of fear. I had never imagined First's parents would be mad at him for liking me or maybe because he's gay...

First tried to hold his mom's hand but his mom backed off.
"Maee, atleast listen to me please."

"Is this the way we raised you to be?" Firsts mom asked with a soft voice looking down.

"Calm down." First dad hold his mom by her shoulder.

"Dad, please atleast you try to listen to me." First said looking at his dad begging him to hear him out once.

"Why?...why it has to be my son?" His dad said looking at First.

First broke down by his words. His world collapsed. He took a step back losing his balance when i caught him.

"What's happening here?" I heard my dad's voice as he and my mother entered the scene. I wasn't ready to come out to my parents. They already weren't close to me. And if First's parents were so disappointed i wasn't ready to face mine...

"Mom dad, it's nothing can u please go in, I will manage here."

Mom and dad both ignored my words as they saw there was a unrecognisable tension between everyone.

"Mr. And Mrs.Kanaphan are you good?"
Mom asked looking at them.

"Nothing is good Mrs. Thanawat." First's dad stepped towards my mom

"your son ruined my son's life...your son has somewhat brainwashe-"

"DAD, HE HAS NOT BRAINWASHED ME." First screamed grabbing everyone's attention.

"I WAS GAY MUCH BEFORE I MET KHAO." He continued.

My mom and dad looked at me like they were quite trying to understand the whole situation.

"Can we leave please let's not disturb them" first asked his parents finally lowering his voice.

"Can you guys please explain us what's the matter?" My mom asked.

"Do u still not get it Mrs. Khanaphan, your son was gay the entire time but why did he have to pass o-"

"I would appreciate if u stop there mrs. Thanawat, my son being gay, bi or straight has nothing to do with your son. And if your son is too the same maybe you should accept him the way he is because him being gay doesn't change any of the fact that he's still your son."

My mom speaking this about me was something i never imagined.

"Looks like you knew your son forced my son for a relationship." Mr. Khanaphan spoke.

"Do you think your child is a kid? Is a baby that someone will force him into something. Whatever our son's have they both have it by their consent. And about the question, no, khaothung has not told us anything about it. But we aren't blind too. The love my son has for your son is quite visible and understanding."

I was taken back by my dads answer.

Mom walked upto me and first.
She cupped first face which was filled with frightened, anger, disappointment.

"Look at your son." She turned back towards First's parents.

"Does he looks like he's happy right now? They love each other just like every other couples. Why is hard for you to accept your own son? And if it's hard I can understand you Mr. And Mrs. Khanaphan. But i think if it's not understandable you should maybe talk to you son before talking any action. Ask him what his happiness is. Because being parents all we want is their happiness, isn't it?"

"This isn't happiness. This is something totally stupid. They'll be happy for 2 days and then realise how wrong decision they took of being together."

First cut off his mom
"Mom, let's try it then. Let me date khao. If we both ever broke up due to any reason I'll date and even marry whoever you want. But only if this relationship fails which I'm pretty sure won't. But if this relationship stays the same i want you both to be happy for me."

"You will get bored of it I know it. It's just some random thoughts you both got because of your closeness." First's dad stepped in.

"Ok dad, then accept this decision if you ever once think I'm not happy with khao, I'm ready to do anything y'all say." First repeated.

"What are you saying, do u have any-" i tried to interrupt but was cut off by first.

"I know what I'm saying. I believe you, this relationship and us. Anything can make me sad. But not you. The world won't accept me. Even my parents who has always been my no.1 supporter backed off today. But I know you won't. I believe in us." First said holding my hands giving me assurance.

He turned back to his parents facing them.

"And this experiment will be fair. I hope you both don't try to do anything that break us apart. Because that might make me and him lose. But even you won't win."

Turning back to me. He gave a small smile, squeezing the hand

"I love you." First said smiling wide after that. He tiptoed and kissed me on the cheeks, leaving the place, waving a bye.

I watched him sit in his parents car. I knew first was tensed and so was i. All i wondered was what they'll do after reaching home.

First's parents too turned around to leave the sight.

"Mr. And Mrs. Khanaphan." My mom called out.

"If our son's broke up, ever. And it's because of us. I think the one that will fail in the situation will be us... we'll fail as a parent's that day."

Both First's mom and dad looked at my mom as they were taken back...

But the one that was more shocked was standing in the corner wondering only one thing..

How wrong he was about his parents the whole time.

As promised I have posted 2 chapters this month.
I also think this will be my last story (I will complete it don't worry)but who knows i also have an idea for another so i might inform you when this story ends.
I might take a leave or you will get a new story.
