Clove Isabella Marie Kentwell, is the daughter of a well known aristocrat, Orion Kentwell of Estonian heritage. Her mother, Marie Kentwell was a french model and heiress, but unfortunately passed away when Clove was fifteen. Clove's grandfather Crassus Kentwell is the current president of Panem, and adores his granddaughter dearly, so much so Clove gets away with a lot. Clove doesn't have any siblings, but spends so much time with her friends, they're basically like family to her, her father and grandfather.

In terms of family connections, the Kentwell's have plenty, but some of their most notable and familiar ones are the Hadley family, the Hawthorne family, the Mason family and the Sanford family.

The entire Kentwell family is basically the definition of luxury, they're very much old money, but the younger generation (Clove) is more new money. All of their money is generational, and a lot of it comes from politics. Just like the majority of the wealthy families in Panem, the Kentwell's are not at all innocent. They've been involved in a number of scandals revolving around manipulation, electoral fraud, fraud on a grand scale and capitalist corruption.

Clove is considerably popular due to her family name, but often feels like the black sheep when with her friends, specifically Glimmer, Marvel and Cato. Glimmer, Marvel and Cato tend to thrive in the spotlight and are loved by basically everybody, while Clove often feels like people often like her less due to her tendency to be brutally honest and her nonchalant attitude, compared to her friends who were people's persons— For these reasons, many middle, and lower class citizens dislike the Kentwell's and the Hawthorne's for this very reason.

Clove's friendship group consists of, Marvel, Glimmer, Katniss, Peeta, Annie, Finnick, Johanna, Gale and Cato, however she is the closest with Glimmer, Katniss. Cato and Marvel. Clove and Glimmer have been best friends since young, and get along the most due to their polar opposite personalities. Marvel and Clove have also been best friends since young, and they're also particularly close due to his relationship with Glimmer. Katniss and Clove haven't always been close but her particularly close, once they'd bonded over what it was like to lose a parent.
Cato and Clove have known each other since young but also haven't always been close, their families have always been close meaning their interactions were almost always forced, but when they occurred it was often more of a rivalry than an interaction. When they were sixteen one heated night, they slept with each other, which from then on out kickstarted a very complex relationship. They're together, but not really together, both being too stubborn to put a label on their relationship. Things concerning Cato and Clove also used to sleep with Gale which caused a rift between him and Cato, they despise no each other but keep the peace for the sake of the friendship group.

I've said this before and I'll say it again, this girl loves shoes, i feel like she'd have such a banging shoe collection.
