Chapter 10

Alessandra

As days and few weeks have passed, our relationship has blossomed, our connection deepened with each passing. One night, we lay naked entwined in each other's arms.

Valentino tracing patterns on my skin, "Baby, there's something I want to talk to you about."

I snuggled closer to him, "Hmm? What is it?"

"I was thinking.. I want you to come to house to meet my brother, Dominic."

I said surprisingly, "Your house? I'd love to. But are you sure?"

He nodded, "Absolutely. I want you to be a part of my life. Meeting my family is just the beginning."

I felt touched by his gesture, "I'd be honored."

We arrived at Valentino's mansion, my eyes widen in awe at grandeur of the estate and the fleet of luxurious cars parked in the driveway.

"Wow, Valentino... This is incredible."

He smiles proudly, "I'm glad you like it."

We stepped out of the car and inside he gave me a tour of his mansion, I marveled at the lavish decor and spacious rooms, it felt like I have stepped into a different world.

As we wandered through the mansion we finally reached a spacious living room, where Dominic was lounging on a plush sofa, flipping through a magazine.

"Dominic, this is Alessandra," Valentino said with a note of pride in his voice. "Alessandra, this is my younger brother, Dominic."

Dominic looked up a slight smirk tugging at his lips, "Ah, Alessandra. Nice to officially meet you. I think we've crossed paths at the cocktail lounge, didn't we?"

"Yes, we did. It's nice to meet you, Dominic."

Before we could continue our conversation, the door opened and a man walked in, clearly not expecting anyone.

"Boss, I need to—" He stopped mid sentence, his eyes widening in surprise. "Sorry, I didn't realize you had company."

Valentino's expression teased slightly, but he quickly masked it with a smile. "Sergio, this is Alessandra," he said, keeping his tone casual. "Alessandra, this is Sergio. He's my assistant, he helps me with my business ventures."

Sergio nodded,"Nice to meet you."

"It's nice to meet you too." I replied feeling a bit overwhelmed by the sudden introduction.

Dominic leaned back, watching the interaction with keen interest, "Valentino has good taste." Dominic said "It's not often he brings someone here."

I smiled, "Thank you."

Sergio's phone buzzed and he glanced at the screen. "I'll leave you to it, then," he said nodding respectfully before excusing himself from the room.

Valentino called him back, "Whatever you needed to discuss, we can handle later."

Sergio nodded and left the room. Dominic watched him leave and then turned back to me and Valentino. "Well Alessandra, welcome to the family. I'm sure we'll be seeing a lot more of each other.
