-CHAPTER ONE- SOMETHING WICCA THIS WAY COMES

Parker Halliwell, the youngest of his siblings, opened the door to the Halliwell Manor and walked inside the old building.
"I'm back!" He yelled out as he carried three bags of groceries in one arm. He shut the door behind him with his foot.
He entered the kitchen and set the bags onto the counter. He heard some people talking in the hallway and made his way toward them. He saw two of his older sisters standing next to an electrical box.
"I don't get it. I have checked everything, there's no reason why the chandelier should not be working." Prue frustratingly said.
"I'll take a look at it tomorrow since I've got the day off." Parker says.
Prue smiles thankfully at him while placing a hand on his shoulder. "Thanks, Park."
"You know how we've been talking about what to do with the spare room?" Piper started saying. "I think you're right, we do need a roommate."
"We can rent the room at a reduce rate in exchange for some help around the house." Prue stated.
"Phoebe's good with a wrench." Piper reminded her siblings.
Parker looked at Piper. "Phoebe lives in New York."
Piper smiled widely while building up anticipation. "Not anymore."
"What?" Prue asked, completely blindsided by the reveal.
"She left New York. She's moving back in with us." Piper said to them as she wrapped her arms around them like it's a present.
Parker silently cheers to himself. "You know, it's about time Phoebe came back."
"You have got to be kidding." Prue rubbed her forehead.
"Well, I could hardly say no. It's her house too. Grams left it to all four of us." Piper explained.
"That's true." Parker added on with a sly smirk.
"Yeah, months ago and we haven't seen or spoken to her since." Prue stated.
Piper slightly looked away. "Well, you haven't spoken to her."
