As the door burst open, Alex and Arabella rushed into the room, their expressions a mix of urgency and disbelief. Arabella's eyes widened as she took in the chaos, while Alex's jaw dropped in shock.

"What happened here?" Alex exclaimed, his voice tinged with concern.

For a brief second, I studied how fast she had healed since the last time I had seen her. Her body was back to its curvious form.

Arabella's gaze darted around the room, her lips parting in astonishment. "Holy crap, Rose! What did you do?"

I shook my head, my mind still reeling from the events that had unfolded. "I don't know," I muttered, my voice barely audible over the chaos.

But before I could say anything else, Arabella's attention shifted to Stan, her eyes lighting up with mischief. "Well, hello there," she purred, flashing him a flirtatious smile. "I'm Arabella. And you must be Stan."

Stan's expression remained stoic, his focus unwavering as he met Arabella's gaze. "Nice to meet you, Arabella," he replied, his voice steady and controlled. He instantly looked away from her.

Arabella's smile faltered slightly at his response, but she quickly recovered, her eyes darting back to the wreckage of my room. "Right, insanely hot but strict," she muttered, her cheeks flushing with embarrassment.

But Stan was already moving forward, his attention fixed on Alex as he addressed him directly. "What's going on? Why are you here?"

Alex exchanged a nervous glance with his sister before taking a deep breath and stepping forward. "We... we need to talk to Rose first. Alone," he admitted, his voice trembling with anticipation.

My heart skipped a beat at his words, a cold dread settling in the pit of my stomach. I had been dreading this moment ever since we had sent off the samples for testing, and now that it was finally here, I wasn't sure if I was ready to face the truth.

"It's okay," I whispered. "It's time they know."

Alex reached into his pocket and produced a small envelope, I knew that there was no turning back.

I took a deep breath, steeling myself for what lay inside, but before I could open it, Alberta stepped forward, her expression determined. "What's going on?" she demanded, her voice leaving no room for argument.

I hesitated, standing up and brushing broken glass from my clothes. "Whatever you are about to hear, you can't share it with anyone."

"Rose," Stan warned.

"It started last month when I found out that I might have a brother. And the potential person might be right in this academy." I said slowly.

"Might?" Alberta asked. "Who?"

I nodded at Alex.

Alex hesitated for a moment before handing over the envelope to Alberta, his hands shaking with uncertainty. Alberta tore it open with practiced ease, her eyes scanning the contents with a haze.

The room fell into a hushed silence as Alberta and Stan poured over the DNA results, their expressions shifting from confusion to shock with each passing moment. My heart pounded in my chest as I watched them, my mind reeling with anticipation.

"What is it?" I whispered. Dis I want to know?

But neither Alberta nor Stan responded, their eyes fixed on the paper before them as they struggled to make sense of what they were seeing. And then, as if on cue, Alberta let out a gasp of shock, her hand flying to her mouth.

"Oh my God," she whispered, her voice trembling with disbelief.

Stan's brow furrowed with confusion as he peered over her shoulder, his eyes widening in astonishment as he took in the words written on the page before him. "This... This can't be right," he murmured, his voice barely more than a whisper.

But as he read the words again, his expression shifted from doubt to dawning realization.

I leaned forward, my heart pounding in my chest as I tried to catch a glimpse of the results. And then, as Alberta turned to face me, her eyes wide with disbelief, I knew.

"Rose," she said, her voice trembling with shock. "You and Christian... You're siblings."

The words hung in the air like a heavyweight, their meaning sinking in slowly as I struggled to comprehend what I had just heard. Siblings?  It was impossible, inconceivable, and yet... And yet, there it was, written in black and white for all to see.

I reached out to touch the paper, my fingers trembling with an emotion I couldn't place. "Twins," I said, my voice coming out so nonchalant. I felt dead inside, like the life I was once used to was drowned in the words on that paper.

"Are you okay, Rose?" Alex asked, his hand landing on my shoulder.

As the words hung in the air, I felt like the ground had dropped out from beneath me. Siblings. Twins. The words echoed in my mind, reverberating through my very being as I struggled to make sense of what I had just learned.

Arabella and Stan guided me to a chair, their gentle hands guiding me as I sank, my mind reeling with shock. I felt numb, disconnected from reality as I stared blankly at the wall, the world around me fading into a distant blur.

"Rose?" Arabella's voice pierced through the fog that clouded my mind, her concern evident in every word.

I nodded numbly, unable to find the words to express the turmoil that raged within me.

Siblings. Twins.

The words echoed in my mind, taunting me with their impossible truth.
