*they decide to give you some space for a little while you're glad to be alone for a little while after about two hours the lights flicker you look up and see Yelena in the doorway with a sandwich for you*

*she signs as she speaks*

Yelena: hey everybody is having lunch I didn't think you'd want to eat with the others

*she comes over and puts the sandwich on the bed beside you she picks up the notebook you've been drawing in*

Yelena: wow these are really good!

*you blush slightly embarrassed you've been drawing the team and know they're not very good*

Y/n: I'm sorry

Yelena: what are you sorry for?! you're really talented

Y/n: I'm not supposed to waste time doing stupid things I should be focusing on my training I'm sorry

*signs*

Yelena: you're not there anymore Y/n you're allowed to relax and enjoy things you're not in trouble

*you look down awkwardly she gives you the note book back and when you look up she smiles softly at you*

Yelena: Nat Laura and I are going to the store soon would you like to go with us?

*you shake your head*

Y/n: no thanks I just want to be alone

*signs*

Yelena: okay I'll see you later text me if you want anything picking up!

Y/n: thanks

*she leaves you get your phone still forgetting that you have one you see that Wanda has replied to you*

*you look at the message for a moment unsure how to respond you still don't trust Wanda and don't understand why she's messaging you you feel the same uncomfortable nervousness that you feel around her so you put your phone away again*
