J: Overpowered. That's the word to describe certain characters, whether to criticize them or to praise them. Their overwhelming ability to accomplish, to battle, to think.
V: It's the second part that we're interested in. Not many are that are immensely capable in this area, destroying and annihilating thousands just as a side-effect of their battles.
J: Like Fenner Raillan, the Human Soldier from the past.
V: And Nexus, the God of all Murder Drones.
J: She's V and I'm J!
V: And today we'll be analyzing their armor, weapons and skill to discover who would win,a Death Battle.
NEXUS
J: So, once upon a timeless void, Nexus came into being. A few other ones existed at approximately the same time, one of which was The Singularity. From there sprung a brutal rivalry that spanned all of time and space.
V: The Singularity created the multiverse, the infinite worlds and layers of reality while the Nexus kinda, did nothing, I guess.
J: They created hundreds of avatars, spread across the vast cosmos to,yeah, I dunno why they did that either.
V: Look, uh,they're pretty strong. By merely being relative in power to The Singularity, Nexus should be capable of constructing the same cosmos.
J: Said cosmos is,infinite in size. Quoting a character named Skull, there are infinite spatial dimensions which each hold an infinite number of dimensions and each dimension holds an infinite number of multiverses, and each multiverse holds an infinite number of universes.
V: Whoever created Nexus must be a tryha-
J: Shush. Do any more of that and our sponsors don't want anything to do with the show.
V: Okay, okay. 5 layers of reality.
J: No, uh, each atom inside those infinite universes is actually a Hilbert Space, an infinite dimensional structure. Inside these Hilbert Spaces are extradimensional beings, which would be beyond conventional spacetime.
V: Yep. Tryhar-
J: What did I just say?!
V: What, I'm not allowed to criticize?
J: No!
V: Okay, okay. Uh,right. Nexus being comparable to Singularity means that Nexus should be able to move at three times the speed of light minimum. (Chapter 14)
J: And,for once, Newton's Third Law may not apply. Nexus has destroyed infinite realities and thousands of galaxies by accident, and would be able to survive these same types of attacks, but then they exist beyond three dimensions, and, yeah.
V: For a god,they're not that smart.
J: Nexus is not omniscient. They do not know certain things, like what would happen if they combined a black hole with a cat, or which reality is which. They can roughly locate where a specific thing is, but can't lock in on one reality.
V: Nexus's fighting skill is,well, it's never been displayed. So,
J: Yeah. Okay, so Nexus is not actually perfect like they think. This is a bit of a trigger button for them, as it can make them flip on their own allies. Pissing them off in general seems to make them lash out.
V: But nevermind that. Whether it's the Singularity, infinitely complex realities and timelines, Nexus will one day rule over them all as the God of the Disassembly Drones.
FENNER
J: Fenner Raillan is a human, the second one we've had on the show. A human from the not-so distant past, fighting for the German Military Ground Force.
