Chapter 16
"Morning", I said, as I woke up next to Nino who was asleep. We had a sleepover. And recently, my father was accepting towards allowing Nino and only Nino over.
"Hey dude", said Nino, as he groggily trudged out of my bed in his green boxer breifs.
"Well, we need to get ready", I said. "Just because it's a weekend doesn't mean we can sleep past noon".
"Right. Past noon. Sleep got it", said Nino.
"Nino, wake up!", I yelled, as I threw a towel at him.
"Don't need to be personal", chuckled Nino, as he went to the bathroom.
After brushing teeth, and taking showers, we were ready. Almost ready. "Nino, I can't find my jeans!", I yelled, from the bathroom.
Nino was already ready. "Well, you're on your own for this one", he said.
A few minutes later, I was running around in black boxer briefs chasing Nino to give me back my jeans. "Got it", I said, as I jumped on him and took it.
After wearing my white jacket, I was ready to start the day. "So, I need to go to the park today. Alya and I have a date", said Nino.
"Okay", I said. "See you later". Wayzz followed him as they left the room.
I was playing some video games till I heard someone scream. "Looks, like you have work", said Sass.
"Plagg, claws out!", I yelled, as I transformed and jumped away.
I stood on a rooftop when I saw a girl wielding the ladybug miraculous. "I'm Red Spots of Justice", she said. "No wait. That's lame".
"Yeah it is", I said.
"Chat Noir", she said, turning around. "How much have you seen?".
"All of it", I said. "You're either a sentimonster or an akumatized villain".
"No, I'm on Ladybug's side. She asked me to use her miraculous".
"She would've told me".
"But she specifically asked me".
"You know her identity right?".
"Look, that's something you should talk about".
"Whatever the case, we need to fight the villain", I said.
"We need to see where it is", said the new hero, as we jumped to get a closer look. She jumped onto the road and saw a bunch of people with red marks in their eyes.
"Any Ladybug should know not to stand in the middle of an attack", I said, rolling my eyes.
"Whatever. I'm still learning", she said, as we jumped over to the Grevin Museum. "Lucky Charm! A pan?".
"What are you going to do?", I asked.
She looked confused and just looked around. "I don't know", she said, as she let out a sigh.
"Look out!", I yelled, as I pushed her out of the way. The wax statues around us weren't statues but real people under the akuma influence.
"I can't do this", she said, as she looked at me.
My face softened as I noticed her being sad. "I remember when I first became a hero. It wasn't easy. You got this...Scarabella!".
"Scarabella, what a perfect name", she said. "Markov, I have a deal".
"I'm listening", said Markov, who had his screen in front of us.
"I'm ready to lose. I'm giving you my lucky charm, as a sign of peace", she said, as she handed the pan to Markov. The pan disintegrated and appeared on the screen. "Release everything there. Chat Noir and I then will let you have us".
"Right", said Markov, as he emptied everything in the room he was in.
"Chat Noir", said Scarabella, as we both walked in. We were on the screen.
A minute later, we appeared in the room Markov was in. I saw Marinette and Nathaniel there holding the pan. It looked like they smashed it on Markov's head.
"Time to de evilize!", said Bugaboy, as he emerged from a pile of trash.
"Oooh! I love this part. Miraculous Scarabella!", she yelled, as all the damage was repaired. Everything returned to where it was.
The three of us landed on the rooftop. "Pound it", said Scarabella, Bugaboy, and I.
"Nice working with you Scarabella", said Bugaboy, as he jumped off oddly quickly.
"Good job today", I said, as I patted her back.
"You might want to talk to Ladybug today", she suggested.
That evening, I was sitting on the rooftop, waiting for Ladybug. "Hey Kitty", she said, as she landed next to me.
"Hey", I said, looking down.
"I'm sorry, I didn't tell you about Scarabella", she said.
"Does she know your identity?", I asked.
"Does anyone know yours?", she asked.
"Well, my best friend does. I had to tell him", I said.
"Same with me", she replied.
"What if something happened to you and I didn't know?", I asked, as I looked at her.
"I would never leave my kitty alone", she said, as she looked me in the eye. God, I love this girl.
