Dean: Sam, wake up!

Nathan: Sammy!

Sam wakes up confused. He sits up and looks around. He's sitting shotgun in the Impala, Nathan in the back which is parked in front of a hospital

Sam: I take it I was having a nightmare?

Nathan: Yeah, another one.

Sam: Hey, at least I got some sleep.

Nathan: You know, sooner or later we're gonna have to talk about this.

Sam: Are we here?

Dean: Yup. Welcome to Toledo, Ohio.

Sam picks up a newspaper with STEVEN SHOEMAKER's obituary circled.

SHOEMAKER, Steven

The Shoemaker family is sad to announce the sudden death of their beloved husband and father Steven Shoemaker. Steven was 46. A short service will be held on Wednesday, [...] 31 at 2:00 p.m. at the Toledo [...] and cherish you [...] Your [...]

Sam: So what do you think really happened to this guy?

Dean: That's what we're gonna find out

Nathan: Let's go.

They get out of the car and heads towards the hospital.

MORGUE-DAY

Sam, Dean, and Nathan head into room 144, marked Morgue.

There's two desks. The empty one has a nameplate that says Dr. D. Feiklowicz. The other one has the MORGUE TECHNICIAN.

Tech: Hey.

Dean: Hey.

Tech: Can I help you?

Dean: Yeah. We're the, uh...med students.

Tech: Sorry?

Dean: Oh, Doctor—

Dean stumbles over the name.

Dean: —Figlavitch didn't tell you?

Dean: We talked to him on the phone. He, uh, we're from Ohio State. He's supposed to show us the Shoemaker corpse. It's for our paper.

Tech: Well, I'm sorry, he's at lunch.

Sam: Oh well he said, uh——oh, well, you know, it doesn't matter. You don't mind just showing us the body, do you?

Tech: Sorry, I can't. Doc will be back in an hour. You can wait for him if you want.

Dean: An hour? Ooh. We gotta be heading back to Columbus by then.

Sam: Yeah

Nathan: Exactly

Tech: Uh, look, man.....no

Dean laughs then turns around

Dean: I'm gonna punch him in the face I swear.

Nathan rolls his eyes stepping forward takes out his wallet and pulls out some 20s, laying them down on the table. The Tech picks up the money

Tech: Follow me

He stands up and leaves.

Dean: What was that?

Nathan: That, my brother was me being a better card shark then you.

Now the newspaper said his daughter found him. She said his eyes were bleeding.
