In the bustling city of Musutafu, children eagerly awaited the emergence of their Quirks, dreaming of the day they could join the ranks of the Pro Heroes. Among them were the twin children of Inko Midoriya and Toshinori Yagi—better known to the world as All Might. Izuku and Izumi Midoriya were as different as night and day, each navigating the pressures of their family legacy in their own way. Unknown to them, their father's true identity was the world's greatest hero, All Might.

Izuku, with his wide, hopeful eyes, spent his days meticulously documenting the abilities and fighting styles of various heroes in his notebook. His sister, Izumi, with her vibrant personality and fiery Quirk, Flame Dance, was already a local sensation at the tender age of six. Her emerald hair shimmered under the sun, reflecting the intensity of her powers.

"Hey, Izuku!" Izumi called from the top of the playground slide, her voice carrying over the noise of the bustling park. "Come on, stop writing about heroes and start acting like one!"

Izuku smiled meekly, closing his notebook. He adored heroes and was determined to understand them, even if he couldn't be one himself. Izumi, however, saw his obsession as a sign of weakness. Just as Izuku stood to join her, a familiar, sharp voice rang out.

"Hey, Deku!" Katsumi Bakugo, the brash and fiery twin of Katsuki, strutted over, followed closely by her brother. Both shared the same explosive personality and an insatiable need to prove their superiority. Katsuki's Quirk, Explosion, was complemented by Katsumi's Blast Wave, making them a formidable duo even among their peers.

Izumi slid down and landed gracefully beside her twin. "Oh great, the Bakugos," she muttered, though her eyes sparkled with a hint of mischief.

Katsuki and Katsumi exchanged sly looks. "What's the matter, Izumi? Afraid we'll blow up your precious brother's dreams?" Katsumi taunted, her palms crackling with energy.

Izuku shrank back, trying to remain calm. "I-I'm not afraid," he stammered, his voice betraying his fear.

"Quirkless Deku," Katsuki sneered, stepping forward. "Why do you even bother trying? You're never gonna be a hero."

Izumi smirked, not moving to protect her brother. "He's got dreams, Katsuki. That's more than we can say for some people."

Before the situation could escalate, a sudden chill ran through the air, signaling the arrival of the Todoroki twins. Shoto and Shiori Todoroki, each a blend of their father Endeavor's fire and their mother Rei's ice, approached with an air of cool indifference.

"What are you doing here, Bakugo?" Shoto asked, his heterochromatic eyes glinting with a mixture of boredom and disdain. "Bullying someone weaker than you again? Typical."

Shiori, her red and white hair flowing like a banner of conflict, sneered at Izuku. "It's not even worth your time, Shoto. Let the weaklings play their games."

Katsumi scoffed. "Whatever, Todorokis. Like you'd understand anything about strength."

As the Bakugo twins retreated, grumbling, Shoto turned to Izuku, a smirk playing on his lips. "You should really find something better to do, Midoriya. Trying to be a hero without a Quirk is just... pathetic."

Izumi laughed, not moving to defend her brother. "He's got dreams, Shoto. Silly dreams, but dreams nonetheless."

Izuku looked at his sister, hurt flashing in his eyes. "I'm trying my best, Izumi."

"Trying isn't enough," she snapped. "You're just embarrassing yourself."

Their father, Toshinori, had always been supportive of his children's dreams or one of them , encouraging them to pursue their dreams. Yet, while Izumi seemed to effortlessly live up to their father's legacy, Izuku's lack of a Quirk felt like a glaring shortfall.
