Unleashing New Potential

The two weeks in the United Kingdom were transformative. Saint Irinaus was unlike any mentor I had encountered. He had a powerful presence, yet he was calm and focused, a stark contrast to the chaotic environment back in Japan. His ability to repel things was fascinating, but it was his tactical mind and strategic approach to combat that truly elevated my training.

We trained in secluded areas, away from the prying eyes of the public and media. Every day was a rigorous test of my physical and mental limits. Irinaus pushed me to refine my techniques, to understand the deeper mechanics of my newfound powers, and to integrate them seamlessly with my Renewal Taekwondo.

The initial days of training were grueling. Irinaus had me running through a series of exercises to enhance my physical stamina and mental focus. We practiced repulsion techniques, similar to his own quirk, to get a feel for controlled use of my powers.

"Focus on the energy within you," he instructed. "Feel the forces at play and guide them with precision."

I spent hours each day honing my ability to repel objects with varying degrees of force. It was exhausting, but each session brought a new level of control. The key was not just strength, but finesse—an understanding of the subtle shifts in energy and how to manipulate them.

As the days progressed, we moved on to more advanced techniques. Irinaus taught me how to combine different forces, creating more complex and powerful attacks. Gravity manipulation, velocity control, and even friction manipulation were on the agenda.

"Imagine the forces as extensions of your own body," Irinaus said during one particularly intense session. "Blend them seamlessly, and you will unlock true potential."

One of the exercises involved manipulating the gravity around a series of targets, pulling them towards me and then repelling them with a controlled burst of energy. It was difficult, requiring immense concentration and precision.

On the tenth day, I pushed myself too hard. Attempting to use the weak force manipulation to decay a boulder, I felt a sharp pain in my head. My vision blurred, and I tasted blood. Collapsing to my knees, I coughed violently, blood splattering on the ground.

Irinaus rushed to my side, his face a mix of concern and stern resolve. "That's enough for today, Izuku. You need to understand your limits. These powers are not to be taken lightly."

The next few days were spent in recovery. Irinaus emphasized the importance of balance—pushing boundaries, but also respecting them. He shared stories of his own experiences, the times he had failed and the lessons he had learned.

"Power without control is a path to destruction," he said one evening as we sat in the library. "Your strength is impressive, but wisdom and restraint are equally vital.

the penultimate evening, after a particularly grueling session, Irinaus and I sat by a campfire, the crackling flames providing the only light in the darkening woods.

"You have great potential, Izuku," Irinaus said, his eyes reflecting the fire. "But remember, with power comes responsibility. Use it wisely, and never let it control you."

I nodded, the weight of his words sinking in. "I understand, Master Irinaus."

"Good. Now, let's prepare for tomorrow. I have a feeling it will be an interesting day."

The following day, as we were training in a remote forest, a sudden disturbance shattered the tranquility. The ground trembled, and trees snapped like twigs. A powerful villain had found us.

He was a massive figure, radiating an aura of menace. His quirk seemed to amplify his physical strength and size, making him a formidable opponent. Irinaus stood beside me, calm but alert.

"This is your test, Izuku. Show me what you have learned."

The villain charged, the ground shaking with each step. I took a deep breath, centering myself, and activated my power.

The first clash was intense. The villain's raw strength was overwhelming, but I remained calm, using my agility and speed to dodge his massive fists. Irinaus' teachings echoed in my mind as I combined my taekwondo techniques with my force manipulation abilities.

With a swift motion, I manipulated gravity to increase the weight on the villain's leg, causing him to stumble. Taking advantage of his imbalance, I delivered a powerful kick, enhanced by inertia manipulation, sending him crashing into the trees.

He roared in anger, getting back up, but I was already on the move. Using velocity manipulation, I accelerated my movements, striking him from multiple angles, each hit precise and devastating.

As the battle raged on, I felt the toll of using my powers, but I couldn't afford to hold back. With a final surge, I gathered my strength and used strong force manipulation, concentrating it around my fist. With a powerful punch, I struck the villain in the chest, the force of the impact resonating through the forest.

The villain fell, unconscious and defeated.

I stood there, panting and exhausted, but triumphant. Irinaus approached, a proud smile on his face.

"Well done, Izuku. You have proven yourself today."

I nodded, the adrenaline still coursing through my veins. "Thank you, Master Irinaus. I couldn't have done it without your guidance."

He placed a hand on my shoulder. "Remember, this is just the beginning. There will be greater challenges ahead. Stay vigilant and keep honing your skills."

As we made our way back to our camp, I couldn't help but feel a sense of accomplishment. The training with Irinaus had unlocked new depths of my abilities and prepared me for the battles to come.

The two weeks flew by, and before I knew it, it was time to return to Japan. I felt stronger, more confident, and ready to face whatever challenges awaited me back at U.A. High. The training had not only improved my combat skills but had also taught me valuable lessons about discipline, strategy, and the true meaning of being a hero.

As the plane touched down in Tokyo, I took a deep breath, ready to step back into the world of heroes. The experiences and lessons from the United Kingdom were now a part of me, and I was determined to use them to protect those who couldn't protect themselves.

The upcoming challenges at U.A. High didn't seem as daunting anymore. With the teachings of Saint Irinaus and my newfound powers, I felt prepared to face anything.
