"Which among the two do you guys think is the most appropriate?" Each outfit hung on a hanger in either of my hand. One was a burberry blazer, which I was going to pair with a blue jeans, and the other was a corporate red dress.

"GUYS!" I screamed in annoyance, causing them to instantly brake off their mushiness and give me their attention.

"You didn't have to scream like that..." Kenneth whined, resuming their moment by wrapping his arms around Natasha, who was laughing silly as she leaned her back in his chest and held his arms.

"You were saying?" Natasha asked.

I puffed out an angry breath. "Which of these should I wear?" I said in a bored tone, holding out both clothes with lazy hands.

"Wear to where?" Kenneth asked immediately, with a perplexed face.

I dropped my hands then, more annoyed than before. "My project defense is tomorrow!—"

"Oh!"

"—What sort of best friend are you?" I finished my statement, staring at him disbelievingly.

He laughed. "Don't mind me. I just assumed you had a date with William. "

I stared at him with even more disbelieve, and a bit of frustration, and tiredness. Infact, everything. "A date with William in these serious outfits on a Monday, seriously?"

Natasha was laughing.

"Hey, I—"

"And did you just make up the William thing? Because you asked where she was going," Natasha beat his defense, looking up at him. They were both seated on the bed.

He locked eyes with her. "I wanted to be sure, and how dare you betray me?"

"Sorry, babe. But be more reasonable sometimes." She palmed his cheeks twice.

"Ouch..." He faked a hurtful expression, and she giggled.

"So you're in love with a fool, then," he said.

"Yeah. A handsome fool," she replied.

He laughed. "Austin shouldn't hear that."

Her laughter joined his. "I know right. He'll chop your head off."

"That guy needs to loosen up."

"He also hates it when you say that."

"I know!" Kenneth exclaimed, and they both burst into laughter.

I sighed. "Are you guys done?"

They bit back the rest of their humour and faced me.

"Well!?" I raised both outfits again.

"The blazer," Natasha said at the same time Kenneth said, "The red dress," then they both looked at each other and, while a small burst of laughter escaped their lips, I sighed, dropping my hands again.

"I'll need you both to come to a collective choice," I then said, tiredly standing in front of them.

"That we're a couple doesn't mean we like the same things," Natasha said.

"True that," Kenneth agreed, making her smile. "Although my choices are better," he added.

Her smile vanished as she detached herself from him, and he tried not to laugh at the frown she held to his face.

"We don't have all day," I said before Natasha could give Kenneth many pieces of her mind, and they both focused on me.

"The blazer," Natasha maintained.
