Chp 1- Hello Stranger

I entered the TARDIS with my bags.
"Seriously Doctor? I leave the TARDIS for a bit of a Christmas break and you regenerate?" I grinned as i took off my coat flinging it over the railing.
"Bi-generated actually. Good to see you Y/N!" The Doctor ran over and hugged me, "Now we can adventure together again. But! First theres someone i want you to meet. Y/N meet Ruby Sunday!"

There was a girl by the console. She was short in height, had short blonde hair and brown eyes. She was beautiful.
"H-Hi," I grinned and walked over to her holding out my hand, "I'm Y/N."
"Lovely to meet you," Ruby grinned shaking my hand.
"Y/N had been travelling with me for about a year now. Shes close to your age Ruby. Born in early 2005. Now Y/N! Ruby is a Christmas eve baby which I'll explain that whole situation later," The doctor came over to the console holding some buttons.

"We're gonna have another adventure to welcome you back to the TARDIS after your two month break Y/N," The doctor grinned excited.
"When and where?" Ruby looked as excited.
"I bet its a time period to do an activity I like," I thought.
"What do you like to do?" Ruby looked at me with her hands together almost hoping for it to be something really fun.

"Dancing," I grinned, "In a time with fancy expensive dresses."
"Oh that sounds so fun! How did I not think of that?" Ruby thought.
"Trust me. The longer you travel with this time lord the more ideas you'll think of," I put a hand on her shoulder.
I saw her smile but i got a bit nervous so i took my hand off her shoulder.

After a few seconds the TARDIS landed.
"Okay! Ladies! Go and find yourselves some beautiful dresses for this 1700's ball," The doctor encouraged.
"Come on!" Ruby grabbed my hand and started dragging me to the wardrobe room.
"Woah Ruby! I like you already!" I chuckled as we ran to the Wardrobe excited.

We found and were ready to change into beautiful dresses. Mine red and Ruby's blue.
"What do you think?" Ruby stepped out from behind the curtain.
"Marry me," I joked which made Ruby laugh.
Her smile was so cute. So was her laugh. And the dress was beautiful. Everything about her was beautiful and cute and it only made me more drawn to her.

"But in all seriousness you look great," I got up, "You sit and I'll change into mine."
I changed into the red dress and pulled back the curtain.
"Wow! Looks like a sophisticated royal version of a dress that could  be worn for an Argentine Tango like on Strictly," Ruby looked up and down the dress.
"You watch Strictly come dancing too?" My face lit up.
"Yes! Oh my god! I love it!" Ruby stood up.
"Do we need to have a strictly come dancing watch party one day?" I raised my eyebrows and grinned.
"I think we do," Ruby nodded eagerly.

"Are you two done?" The doctor walked in, "Oh! Looking fantastic!"
"You too doctor," I nodded.
"Thank you," He grinned, "Ready to go?"
"Yes! Just one more thing," I ran and grabbed two tiaras.
I placed one and my head and slowly put the other on rubys head, "I hereby dub you, princess Ruby Sunday of the TARDIS."

"And I dub you princess Y/N Y/L/N of the TARDIS," Ruby replied with that sweet smile.
"No more fairytale games. Let's actually go to a palace and have a hell of a time," The doctor started to walk out the room and we followed.
