Marvolo stood beside Lily, his expression a mixture of shock and concern as he watched her break down before him. The weight of the revelation hung heavy in the air, casting a shadow over the room as the goblin, Ragnok, silently acknowledged Marvolo's unspoken request for privacy.

With a nod from Ragnok, Marvolo gently guided Lily to a nearby chair, his hand resting reassuringly on her shoulder. "Lily," he murmured softly, his voice filled with compassion. "Are you alright?"

Lily shook her head, unable to form coherent words as she grappled with the overwhelming flood of emotions coursing through her. She had never imagined that her heritage would hold such secrets, such complexities.

Marvolo's heart ached as he watched her struggle, a sense of helplessness washing over him. He had known that this journey would be difficult, but seeing Lily in such distress tore at his very soul.

Suddenly, Lily's breathing became rapid and shallow, her chest heaving as a full-blown panic attack took hold. She clutched at her chest, her eyes wide with terror. "I can't... I can't breathe," she gasped, tears streaming down her face. "I hate them, Marvolo. I hate the Order, Dumbledore. All they've done is lie to me!"

Marvolo's worry deepened as he knelt beside her, taking her trembling hands in his. "Lily, listen to me," he said firmly, his voice steady despite the turmoil he felt inside. "It's going to be okay. Focus on my voice. Take deep breaths, in and out. I'm right here with you."

Gradually, Lily's breathing began to slow as she followed Marvolo's instructions, his calm presence anchoring her amidst the storm of emotions. After what felt like an eternity, her panic subsided enough for her to speak more coherently.

"I don't know how to process this," she whispered, her voice still shaking. "Everything I believed in... it's all been a lie. Dumbledore... the Order... I thought they were the good guys. But now... I just feel so betrayed."

Marvolo nodded, his eyes filled with understanding. "I know, Lily. You've been through so much, and it's natural to feel this way. But you're strong, and we'll get through this together. You don't have to face any of this alone."

Lily looked into Marvolo's eyes, finding comfort in the sincerity of his words. Despite the chaos surrounding them, his unwavering support gave her a sense of stability. "Thank you," she murmured, squeezing his hands tightly. "I don't know what I'd do without you."

Lily's breaths finally steadied, but the raw emotions still churned within her. She looked at Marvolo, her eyes filled with years of suppressed pain and guilt. "There's more, Marvolo," she whispered, her voice trembling. "Something I never told anyone, not even Severus."

Marvolo's concern deepened, but he remained silent, giving her the space to speak.

"In my seventh year, I found out I was pregnant," she began, tears spilling down her cheeks. "I was scared and didn't know what to do, so I told James. But he... he denied any responsibility. He made me feel guilty and shameless for even suggesting it."

Marvolo's eyes darkened with anger, but he stayed calm, letting her continue.

"Then Dumbledore got involved. James, even his parents, Fleamont and Euphemia, they all pressured me to give up the baby. They said we weren't even married yet, and it would ruin everything. I felt so alone and disgusting. Dumbledore made me swear I wouldn't tell my parents! He said it would harm the Potters' reputation if the news leaked. The blood was...I have nightmares about it."
