As the weeks went by, the attacks continued sporadically, and the atmosphere at Hogwarts remained fraught with tension. Students, staff, and the broader wizarding community grappled with the fallout of Dumbledore's failed promises. Trust in the headmaster was shattered, and the search for answers and solutions became a central focus.

The tense atmosphere at Hogwarts had reached a boiling point, and the wizarding community's frustration with Albus Dumbledore was palpable.

Dumbledore had been seen as a powerful and wise leader for years, but the recent attacks and mishandling of the situation had shattered that image. The public, now fully aware of the dangers lurking within the castle, demanded action. Under immense pressure, the Ministry of Magic finally decided to intervene directly.

On a quiet Sunday afternoon, while the students were gathered in the Great Hall for lunch, the unthinkable happened. A team of Aurors, led by none other than Kingsley Shacklebolt and Nymphadora Tonks, suddenly apparated into the hall. The room fell into an uneasy silence as the Aurors, dressed in their dark robes and bearing the insignia of the Ministry, fanned out across the room.

There was a moment of stunned disbelief before whispers broke out among the students. Even the professors at the head table seemed taken aback by the sudden appearance of the law enforcement squad.

"What's going on?" Hermione whispered urgently to Harry, her eyes wide with concern.

"Looks like the Ministry's finally had enough," Harry murmured back, his gaze fixed on the Aurors as they began spreading out, checking the area with their wands drawn.

Professor McGonagall stood up from her seat, her face pale but composed. "What is the meaning of this?" she demanded, her voice carrying across the hall.

Kingsley stepped forward, his expression grave but respectful. "Professor McGonagall, we are here on official Ministry business. We have a warrant to search the entire school for any clues that might explain the recent attacks. This is a matter of public safety."

McGonagall's lips tightened, but she gave a curt nod. "Very well," she said, her voice laced with resignation. "But I must insist that you conduct your search with the utmost respect for the students' privacy."

Kingsley inclined his head. "Of course, Professor. We will do our best to minimize any disruption."

"I am sure there are other ways to handle this, my boy. A search like this would cause utmost harm to a student's privacy," said Dumbledore.

"I am sure being alive matters more," said Kingsley.

"NO ONE IS TO MOVE FROM THEIR PLACES FOR THE REMINDER OF THE RAID. ANYONE WITH AN EMERGENCY CAN MOVE OUT BUT ONLY WITH A MINISTRY ESCORT" said Head Auror Robards with a sound-loudening charm. His deep and gruff voice reverberated throughout the hall.

The students watched in stunned silence as the Aurors began their systematic search of the castle. The team split up, and each group was assigned to a different part of the school. Classrooms, common rooms, and dormitories were thoroughly checked. The Aurors used various spells to reveal hidden compartments, trace dark magic, and uncover anything suspicious.

Draco, Hermione, and Hadrian exchanged subtle smirks. They had already been informed of this raid in advance by their parents. All those ancient journals in Parseltongue and Dark Magic were hidden safely in the Chamber of Secrets the day before.
