A week later and an engagement feast was being held. Viserys decided to hold both girls feasts on the same day.
Rhaelys was getting ready in her chambers when Aegon's nanny came rushing in and bows her head.
"Princess Rhaelys, Aegon wishes to see you. He is throwing himself around we don't know what to do."
Rhaelys rolls her eyes at Aegon’s tantrums."Bring him here."
The nanny left and a few minutes later Aegon his brought in, crying loudly. "Ree"
Rhaelys looks at him and her heart aches. She steps towards him and he leans to her, wanting her to take him.
Rhaelys takes him and rubs his back. "What's wrong? Did someone do something?"
Aegon shakes his head. "I want to come with you."
"It's only a feast and I will come to you immediately once it's finished."
Aegon holds her tighter and shaking his head.
"How about this, you stay with your nanny and later when the feast ends I come fetch you and you can sleep with me."
Aegon looks to her. "Only me not Helaena"
Rhaelys nods her head."Okay. Only you and me."
Aegon nods his head in agreement. Rhaelys signaled the nanny to take him. The nanny approached and took Aegon from Rhaelys leaving the chambers.
Robyn entered the chambers, thinking that the Princess would have been dressed already.
"Princess you are not dressed yet, you're going to be late."
"Aegon was being problematic and his nanny couldn't control him. Besides its always best to arrive late that way you skip the boring speeches."
Robyn started to help her dress. The dress was red with a dragon on the end of it's skirt. Robyn styled it and placed rubies in her hair.
Rhaelys running late. She sped up and walked faster to the throne room. She appears at the doors and everyone turns to her.

Rhaelys walks slowly down the stairs. Everyone stares speechless at her. People bow their heads as she passes. Rhaelys notices that alicent had still not arrived.
She approaches her father and kisses his cheek. Viserys looks at her." You look beautiful daughter." Viserys tells her. She smiles," Thank you father." She moves to the seat next to him where Rhaenyra is sat. Rhaelys stands and looks expectedly at Rhaenyra.
"What?"asks Rhaenyra. Lyonel moves to Rhaenyra and bends down to her level and whispers in her hear,"You have to move Princess. The heir sits next to the King."
Rhaenyra scowls and stands up moving to sit on the next chair. "The heir's betrothed sits there, princess."says Lyonel clearing her throat. Rhaenyra takes her seat, in the proper place sending her sister a glare.Rhaelys sat down next to her father.
