Rhaelys woke up earlier than usual and got ready for the day. Everything was okay until a raven was received.

Alicent stood next to Rhaelys as she reread the letter. Rhaelys did not want to believe the words in front of her.

"Rhaelys." Alicent said softly moving to take her friend in her arms.

"She's gone Alicent. Laena's gone. She burned herself." Rhaelys started crying.

"She's with the gods now."

"I have to tell the boys. They'll be so devastated."

Rhaelys wiped away her tears and made herself look more presentable. She left the room and went to search for her boys.

After searching for a while she found the in the training yard. She walked closer to then and called them. They turned to their mother.

"What is wrong?"

"Has something happened?"

Rhaelys swallowed the pit in her throat. "Your aunt Laena, she is...she is no longer with us."

"What?"says Aeron. He didn't want to believe that.

"She had a dragonriders death."

"Will we be going to Pentos? I need to see how Rhaena is doing?"asks Aerion.

Rhaelys shook her head. "We will travel to Driftmark."

The boys nodded their heads, tears slowly falling from their eyes. Rhaelys pulls them close to her and comforts them.

They arrived safely in Driftmark. Being here brought back some memories for Rhaelys. The last time she was in Driftmark was for Vaemon's funeral and one other time when she had visited Maelon.

Rhaelys stood with the twin girls and boys standing in front of her. She had yet to see Maelon.

"We join today at the Seat of the sea to commit the Lady Laena of House Velaryon to the eternal waters, the dominion of the Merling King, where He will guard her for all days to come. As she sets to sea for her final voyage, the Lady Laena leaves two true-born daughters on the shore. Though their mother will not return from their voyage, they will all remain bound together in blood. Ours run thick. Ours run true. Ours must never thin." Says Vaemond.

Daemon let's out a laugh.

"My gentle niece. May the winds be as strong as your back, your seas as calm as your spirit and your nets as full as your heart. From the sea we came to the sea we shall return."

Rhaelys watches as the sarcophagus falls into the water.

Rhaelys looks around to see if she could find Baela and Rhaena. She notices them after a while sitting on a bench.

"Aeron and Aerion. I found them come along."

The boys followed their mother until they could see Baela and Rhaena.

"Rhaena." Aerion called.

Rhaena looked up. "Aerion you're here."

"I'm sorry Rhaena. I'm really sorry." Aerion took Rhaena's hands into his and held it tight comforting the young girl.

"I'm sorry as well." Said Aeron has he went to stand closer to Baela.

The girls noticed Rhaelys and went to her. "Aunt Rhaelys." They said in unison. Rhaelys hugged them tightly.
