Rhaelys enjoyed being a mother. She loved when her children called her mother. The moment she held her babies she vowed to protect them against anything and everyone.
She loved that Aegon thought himself the protector of his nephews, it made her heart melt seeing him so attentive. She was happy that her favorite boys loved each other.
Rhaelys had three boys, not that she was complaining but she really wanted a daughter. A daughter to form a bond like one she had with her own mother. Vaemon was all to pleased to hear of her want for more children and he would give his wife anything she desired.
They tried for many moons but to no avail. Rhaelys thought that the gods just didn't want her to have a daughter. She felt like a failure. Vaemon tried to reassure her that it would happen but that didn't stop her from feeling the way she was.
When Maelon reached his third nameday, Rhaelys had found out that she was with child. She was excited to have another child, she hoped that it would be a girl.
Viserys organized a hunt went rhaelys reached seven moons in her pregnancy.

Rhaelys was walking down the corridors looking for the twins, criston trailing behind her. Rhaelys heard giggles coming from inside a room she has passed. She stopped in her tracks and looked to criston. "Did you hear that?"
Criston looks confused, as he heard nothing. He shook his heard. Rhaelys tilted her head and waited to see if she would her the sound again.
A giggle was heard. Rhaelys looks around trying to identify where the giggles where coming from. She walked toward the door where the sound was coming from and entered. She saw Aerion and
Aeron standing with a cup in their hands and telling from the giggles Rhaelys knew it was wine.
The twins did not notice their mother standing at the door. Rhaelys cleared her throat, getting the twins attention. Aerion threw the cup to the floor when he saw his mother. "Mother." Arion says sweetly.
Rhaelys shook her head. "What were you doing? And where us your uncle Aegon?"
Aeron shrugged his shoulders."We don't know. We were looking for him."
"I think he is in his chambers mother." Says Aerion.
"And the cup?" She says tapping her foot lightly on the ground with her arms folded.
The twins looked at each other then back to their mother "He did it." They said simultaneously while pointing to one another.
Criston let's out a small chuckle at the boys antics. Rhaelys smiles shaking her head.
"Let's go get Aegon then."
The boys ran past her, to Aegons room. Rhaelys followed behind them.
They approach Aegons room. Criston opens the door and the twins enter first. They do not see Aegon anywhere.
"He is not here." Says Aerion looking around the room.
"Well call him." Says Rhaelys.
"I'll do it." Says aeron.
"Why you?"
"He likes me more."
