Age regressing is a temporary or long-term reversal of behavior to earlier states of development. It is normal and expected in children but does occur in adulthood as well. People sometimes revert to childlike behavior to cope with trauma, stress, and more for anyone that doesn't know what age regressing is!)

Third person pov

Atsushi didn't know that he was a age regression until one of the agency members found him, when he was little. Since that day, it was decided that kunikida would be atsushi caregiver, the other agency member sometimes might take care of atsushi but it mostly kunikida. Atsushi has lot of trouble with concentration, it usually always because of stress and atsushi also doesn't really like the idea of being little each day. Atsushi isn't used to it and doesn't want to be a bother but it doesn't bother the agency or kunikida.

It was decided that atsushi would take a nap each day to help him function but atsushi wasn't really used to it, he was still adjusting to the agency knowing that he was basically a baby. Atsushi would always very little, atsushi was basically a baby, it wasn't a problem. It was just something that atsushi wasn't used to and atsushi was a bit stubborn so it always took a while for kunikida to get atsushi to sleep.

Atsushi was probably going to be stubborn today too, it was already around lunch time, which mean it time for atsushi nap. Atsushi would usually take his nap around the exact time that lunch starts but kunikida was a bit busy so it was halfway into atsushi usually nap time. "Atsushi, it time for your nap." Kunikida softly said, atsushi just whine, he didn't want to take a nap and if atsushi skip the nap then he would be cranky and not function well. "I don't want to take a nap!" Atsushi said, kunikida just sighed, atsushi was going to fight again, atsushi was already a bit cranky. "Atsushi, the nap is going to help you." Kunikida said, atsushi just whine again as kunikida slowly picked up atsushi.

Atsushi just whine again ad kunikida walked into the break work, no one was in there, which made it a lot better. Kunikida was about to make a bottle because that usually make atsushi sleepy, when suddenly atsushi starts to cry. "I don't want to take a nap..." Atsushi said as slowly tears started to fall down his eyes, kunikida just rub atsushi back as atsushi cries. "Shh..it okays.." Kunikida softly said, atsushi just hiccups and whines, after a while atsushi has stopped crying and was pretty exhausted. Kunikida slowly made a bottle, and atsushi didn't fight or anything, atsushi was little right now.

'Atsushi took it with no problem, that good..' Kunikida thought to himself as he stare at atsushi, After a while, the bottle was finished and kunikida put a pacifier into atsushi mouth. Kunikida slowly try to lay atsushi down but that didn't work because atsushi starts to whine and cry, he didn't want to let go of kunikida. "I'm not going anywhere.." Kunikida softly whisper as he rocks atsushi back and forth, atsushi was trying his best to keep his eyes open but failed, atsushi slowly fell asleep in kunikida arms.

Kunikida slowly put atsushi on the couch, atsushi was sound asleep so kunikida didn't have to worry about atsushi waking up. Kunikida just smiled as he covers atsushi with a blanket and then kunikida left the room, he needs lunch and do his work. Atsushi had a pretty good nap ane didn't have any nightmares, which was a good thing because that was a problem that atsushi keep having. When atsushi woke up, he was still little and didn't want to go back to sleep so atsushi just sit on kunikida lap, while he work.

"I want to hold little atsushi!" Dazai said, kunikida just glare at dazai. "No, do your work." Kunikida said as he sat down, atsushi head was on kunikida shoulders, atsushi was staring at ranpo. Ranpo just smiled, suddenly ranpo made a goofy face, which made atsushi giggle so ranpo keep making face, which made atsushi giggle a lot. After a while, atsushi took a another nap and then woke up and felt big again.
