Saleah Barnette won the 72nd Hunger Games at age 18. She had a home in the Capitol and District 11. She left the Capitol a month before the 74th games, where her little sister, Rue Barnette was chosen at the reaping.
In the Capitol she is known as the butterfly due to her love for the creatures and her gentle nature. She is seen collecting them during her games.
Saleah has not returned to the Capitol, and she doesn't plan to. She spends her days in the Victor's Village of District 11 with her aunt and five younger siblings.
Saleah is close with some of the other victors that she met in the Capitol, including Johanna Mason and Finnick Odair.
Much like Finnick, Saleah had to endure the horrible nature of the Capitol at a young age. She had been sold off and finally had enough, leading to her escape from the Capitol before the 74th games.
Mrs. Barnette's choice of weapon are throwing knives and stars, but she is also experienced with a mace.
She killed a few tributes in her games. Her and her allies managed to kill all the careers in their games.

This book will have mentions of death, blood, depression, trauma (PTSD), and other heavy topics!!
Side notes:
I do understand some of my information might be wrong.. We don't have much information on Rue's family and her district.
I do know that Rue's aunt was the lady with Rue's siblings during the Victory Tour. Though we do not know what happened to Rue's mother, or her father. It is assumed that her father was the man that started the riot in District 11 after Rue's death, so in this story I will be going along with that.
As for the mother, I will make up what I think is plausible, and I will do the same for any other unknown things/people. (Example: I could make up a stylist for Saleah, since we are unaware of the District 11 stylist, etc.)
Hopefully this all makes sense!
Enjoy!
