In a big white hospital room two people are there. One woman is lying in a fancy bed with the medical machine all around her and with a bandaged head. The other man was sitting beside her on the stool with his hand tightly entangled in hers and touching their joint hands together to his head like he was praying desperately for something or someone.
The door of the room suddenly opened a
and the doctor entered.
" Mr. Rudra. She is out of danger. You don't need to worry there is no casualty except the blood loss. She will gain consciousness anytime soon. " Doctor utter.
" Thank you, doctor. But I want to be here with my wife " Rudra uttered as he tightened his hold on Naina's hand.
" Rudra, beta ( son) you haven't eaten anything since yesterday. Please go eat something first. I will let you know if Naina wakes up " Grandma uttered with a sad smile accompanied by grandma.
" I am fine, grandma. I am not the only one who hasn't eaten anything. Naina is also there. I will take my first morsel of food with Naina" Rudra declared.

Naina's eyes ball moved slowly as she opened her eyes.
" Naina !! " Rudra cried as he helped her to sit up.
As all the family members came inside the room some were happy to see her awake some just didn't care and one was trembling with fear.
" Naina! How are you? " Rudra questioned while caressing her hand but she jerked her hand away from his hold.
" Who are you? " She questioned scared as all started whispering among themself.
" Naina it's me, your Rudra" Rudra exclaimed as fear stilled his heart.
" Rudra, who is that. Sorry, I don't know you. "Naina whispered while moving backward.
" What !!! " He yelled with surprise and fear as Naina flinched which made him lower his voice a little.
" Doctor, what is this? " Rudra asked him as calmly as he could.
" Sir, mam lost some memory because of head damage but she will gain it in no time, " the Doctor said.
" Why didn't you tell me this you incompetent fool " He again roared making her flinch.
Rudra gritted his teeth and tightened his fist.
" Would it be ok if we travel now " He questioned furiously.
" Ye.. S.. Sir, there won't be any problem. Except memory. Mam is perfectly fine" He said as he ran outside for his dear life.
" Grandma. We are going back to Mumbai " He said.
" But.. Rudra " " Grandma please" He rebuked as he asked them to move outside.
" Naina! " He said as calmly as he could.
" Who are you " She flinched as she shivered.
" Naina it's me your husband " He cried with desperation.
" I don't have a husband! Just go just go away " She yelled as Rudra got shocked.
" I want to go back to my home " She weeps.
" We are going back today " He whispered silently with a very sad face as he felt like dying.
" Ok. But you should leave now " She utters cautiously.
" Hm. Good night " He whispered as Naina remained silent. making him hurt.
He walked outside the room with a dejected face.
Naina pov :
When I woke up I heard someone's unfamiliar voice and touch which made me jerk his hand away. But after sometimes all the memories came back. That could be the side effect of medicine.
But I continued the act of memory loss cause I wanted to know the truth. I want to know what you are hiding from me. I believe in you, Rudra. I believe in you.
I just need to wait two more days after that I will gain my eyesight then I will know the truth.
Please Rudra hope! I am not just a tool but a wife that you love dearly. I thought as one old memory arose of the day when we visited the hospital.
I walked outside the room for the eye checkup but suddenly felt thirsty so asked the nurse for water i was standing outside Jay Cabin when suddenly I heard them outside.
" Don't you think you are crossing the line these days? Where are you getting the guts from? " Rudra utter
The topic made me curious so I moved closer to the door.
"OF COURSE FROM MY SWEET BHABHI " Jay uttered
I smiled after listening to his words.
" It made me remember Rudra...as you are married now so do you still remember her? " Jay said
" Her ? ... Who? " Rudra questioned

My heart hurt painfully after listening I could hear my head ringing. I tried to hear his answer.
