Little did Leo know; this probably was the last time he ate pizza together with Yuichi.

-I'm going back to Japan, - Yuichi spat the news at Leo's face casually.

Something shattered in Leo's mind. Probably his expectations.

-What?! Whe- why? – the slider found himself choking these questions out. He had so much more of them swarming his mind like angered bees, but his throat was clogged with a breath caught in it.

-I told you! You don't remember?

Leo shook his head.

-Silly, – Yuichi smiled widely with crumbs of his pizza still stuck in the fur around his lips, - 2 weeks ago! I told you!

-I don't remember, sorry.

-It's ok, I'll remind you. I was planning that from the start: I'd pay my debt off to BM, return to Japan, find my friends, if they're still alive, apologize and help with whatever I can!

A memory from 2 weeks ago started unveiling in Leo's mind. He remembered now: Yuichi said he'd leave with his sister soon.

-Oh. Right. When are you leaving? – Leo didn't think the 'soon' would come so fast.

-Hmm, - Yuichi took a moment to think, - considering all the packing... probably tomorrow.

-Tomorrow? - Leo caught himself raising his voice, - I mean, wow! Tomorrow.

Silence. A very unsettling one too. Yuichi found Leo's reaction suspicious, I mean who wouldn't? This is a matter that was mentioned before, he didn't think Leo would be affected by his desire to leave this much. Wheels stirred loudly on the streets.

-What's wrong? I thought you'd be glad if I left, - Yuichi asked, genuinely. His pizza was of no interest to him now.

-Why would I ever be glad about you leaving?

-Well, I know you didn't like that we had to share a room for a week, so I thought you wanted some personal space and chill time away from me.

Leo sighed.

-You're not wrong, but... so soon?

-The sooner I leave, the sooner I'll be back, right? – Yuichi paused as if realizing something. -Do you mean you're gonna miss me?

A smug smile crept onto the rabbit's face. His very attractive face. Leo couldn't help feeling his cheeks warm up. Sucking in an annoyed breath, he answered:

-Yeah. I will miss you. That doesn't mean I forgave you yet, tho! – he pointed his finger at Yuichi in a 'threatening' manner.

-Ya-ya, I get it! – Yuichi lifted his hands in defeat, - I'm just glad I'm not the only one, I guess.

Their conversation didn't end with that, but any tension from before did diffuse. Leo decided he'd forget all his worries for a single day and have fun with Yuichi.

Just the two of them.

3 hours passed. Yuichi and Leo decided to part their ways. Finally, after running around the city looking for excuses to spend more time together, they are ready to bid their goodbyes.

No?

Alright, let's watch them dawdle in one place then.

They stood right in front Yuichi's apartment door, each eyeing the ground. Dilly-dallying even. What a silly word don't you think? Fits the situation with the level of its ludicrousness.

-So, you said you're leaving at 9? – Leo asked for the 3rd time this day.

-Pretty much, yeah.

-Why won't you take your sis with you? – this question made Yuichi sigh.
