"Lydia no!" Melissa yelled at me "Don't you want to know what its like to taste freedom? Maybe get away from this life?" I walked farther into the woods.

We were at school but I was tired of my life, tired of getting bullied, tired of being an outcast. Tired of my life.

"Lydia please don't. You don't know what's out here." Her words shook but she knew she would be fine with me.

"Lissa, you know I won't let anything happen to you." She was a year younger than me but she looked like a movie star compared to my tomboy look.

I yelped as I stepped on something sharp peirces my foot. "I told you there was something out here!"

"Calm down, I just stepped on a nail. You know how much construction gets done here." I reached down, pulling it out.

I heard a slight sceam as I stood up. I looked around

"Melissa?" I looked around. "Melissa, this isn't funny!" I yelled "I know" A man's voice said as a bag went over my head.
