At lunch, I passed a group of people at a table surrounding around a phone watching a so-called funny video.
I was about to start laughing with them when I noticed the person in the video was ME! You see, it showed the video of me getting splattered by Marcy's disgusting lunch burger and chocolate milk.
Jessica and Jennifer were one of the people crowded around the phone. I was still totally mad at those two girls. They just backstabbed me in the back! That was supposed to be my job.
I frowned and raised my eyebrow at them. Jessica and Jennifer glanced at me with weird looks. I felt so insulted by this misbehavior coming from both of them.
I tried to sashay away in my super tall platforms, but the heel broke off so I had to stagger away awkwardly while I heard everybody giggling under their breath.
I had to go to my locker and change into tennis shoes. It was such a nightmare! The shoes didn't even match my outfit. Some of the CPPS (Cute, Cool, and Populars) were staring down at my ugly shoes. I don't even know why I even own them. I do not like being humiliated at school for the SECOND time.
When Jessica wanted to talk to me I just ignored her. She needs to just back off! I mean Jessica knows what she did. She better not be playing innocent with me!
"Mackenzie, are you even listening to me?" Jessica asked, sounding annoyed.
Once again, I ignored her and rolled my eyes in exasperation. Maybe she should just take a hint that I am mad at her.
"Mac, why are you wearing those......ummmm........uhhhhh..... tennis shoes?" Jessica said, pointing down at my shoes.
I couldn't take it anymore! I began to explain to Jessica that I felt insulted by her. After, I was done making my point she just had this speechless look on her face.
"Honestly, I feel embarrassed by you. No offense. But that big blow-up at the cafeteria was kind of funny." Jessica laughed as soon as she said the word, 'funny' a the end.
"How is that supposed to help at all, Jessica? You just made me feel WORSE," I said.
"Oh, really? I thought you already felt bad enough." Jessica began having and attitude. She explained to me about how mean, vicious and embarrassing I am.
"Seriously, Jessica? After all I did for you?" I asked, angrily.
"I guess you see how it feels now to be stabbed in the back. Right?" Jessica said, leaving me alone in the hallway.
What was wrong with Jessica?! She was being totally insane! This was not the Jessica I once knew. She was being...... different. I wish Jessica will stop talking behind my back.
I just heard she was texting a bunch of rumors about me to everybody around the school. She was even discussing it with Nikki! Jessica is unbelievable. Why was Jessica acting like this all the sudden? She was getting on my nerves!
As two CCP girls came passing by me the snickered and laughed out loud. I was pretty sure they were both talking about me. It was official.
