Chapter 45

Rohit looked at him in disbelief who was busy in making hot chocolate, "Dhek agar tere ko dou cup hot chocolate pene hai toh bhul ja. Nahi milega." Anirud said protecting his cup.

Rohit rolled his eyes, "Mere ko choco moco chahiye bhi nahi" Anirud looked at him dramatically, "Choco moco nahi hot chocolate" Anirud corrected him.

Rohit rolled his eyes, "Same same... And you don't have to hide your cup from me. I am not a bagge".

Anirud looked at him, "Continue the sentence and I will make sure you spend the entire night in the corner" Anirud threatened him. Rohit glared at him, "You're no one" Rohit looked down as soon as anirud playful glare changes into an icy one.

"Try me" Anirudh challenged him in a voice which sealed his mouth.

Anirud shook his head after noticing his pouty face. He forward his cup to him, "Drink" He offered, rohit looked at him before looking away, "Nahi chahiye ab!" He declared.

Anirud looked at him amused, "Ary par thori der pehle toh chahiye thi" Rohit pout grew more, "Abh nahi chahiye... app hih piyo apna choco moco" he grumbled.

Rohit was about to leave when anirud held his hand, stopping him, "Pi lena" Anirud requested, "Phele pyar se bolo" Rohit demanded. Anirud rolled his eyes, "Pyar se hih toh bol raha hun" rohit shook his head, "Nahi app kharus tareke se bol rahe ho... pyar se bolo... Rohit beta pi lena" Rohit shows him by making gesture with his hand.

Anirud rolled his eyes but compelled, "Mera pyara bacha... Bhaiya ki jaan... Pi le na... dhek bhaiya ne kitne pyar se banaya hai" Anirud coaxed him.

Rohit looked at him with his corner eye but didn't budge, Anirud bringing cup near his lips, "Pi le babu" Rohit heart leaped hearing his soft tone.

Tears start to form in his eyes, he fisted his hand tightly, not allowing them to fall, "Mujhe apka bhi cup chahiye" Rohit demanded.

Anirud understood what he is trying to do. He already noticed those tears in his eyes but he doesn't ask much just play along.

Anirud sigh dramatically, "Mujhe phele se pata tha ke tere dimag mein kya gadari chal rahi hai, yeh le" Rohit smile sheepishly grabbing the mug.

Anirudh saw how he finish the content in a mug in one go, "Mujhe nahi Pena choca moca" Anirud mimic, rohit glared hitting him on chest.

At midnight, manik scream shook the whole mansion, cup slipped from rohit hand. Anirud looked at him who was looking pale. Before he could say anything, the boy already start running upstairs. He followed behind.

Rohit barged in the room, he stopped seeing manik trashing on bed, gasping for breath, he immediately went to him and scooped him in his arms.

Manik started hitting him, but rohit held him firmly, whispering something in his ear.

Anirud hold his legs, stopping him from hurting himself. Sakshi came out of washroom hearing heart wrenching screams.

"Mannu... baby" she try to touch him but rohit push her harshly. She stumble back, "Don't touch him" he snapped angrily without looking at her.

Sakshi looked at him with hurt. Anirud looked at the interaction and sigh, no matter how much disrespectful it is, he can't blame rohit for his action.

Rohit's hand immediately went towards the drawer. He took out a box and prepared an injection, injecting Manik. After 10 minutes, he seemed to calmed down.

Anirudh looked surprised. The way Rohit injected Manik, he looked experienced. His heart squeezed, realizing that maybe it's not the first time Manik got a seizure attack and maybe it's not the first time Rohit calmed it. He sighed dejectedly and decided to give them privacy. He motioned Sakshi the same, and they both left the room.

Rohit leaned on the headrest with a tired sigh. Tears formed in his eyes and fell, but he was too exhausted to wipe them away.

In the morning, rohit came down, he stopped seeing Anirud and arjun in the kitchen.

"Arjun itni raat ko kahan gaye the?" Anirud asked him. Arjun shook his head, "Headquarters se call aya... issiliye wahan" he was cut off in the middle. "Issiliye chale gaye app... pagal ho kya" Rohit loud voice echoed in the kitchen starling them.

They looked forward and saw rohit shooting daggers at them. Anirud face hardened, "Behave" Anirud reprimanded sternly, rohit scoffed rolling his eyes, "I am not talking  to you anirud, stay out of it" Rohit snapped rudely.

Arjun glared at him, "Rohit, yeh kya tarika hai?" Rohit looked at him angrily, "Kya tarik hai? Wow, dheko bol bhi kon raha hai. Jo apne bache ko akela chor gaya. Can I ask ke yeh kya tarika hai Arjun bhai?" He snapped.

Arjun glared darkened, he moved toward him, holding him firmly yet gently he shook him, "Yeh kise lehage (way) mein baat kar rahe ho, han? Tameze bhol gaye?" Arjun questioned. Rohit swatted his hands harshly, "Hain nahi hai tameze, mein aise hih baat karunga. Kya karlein ge?" Rohit shouted.

"Awaz neeche" Arjun said calmly, "Don't order me arjun bhai, just don't. Kyu chor kar gaye usse, agar kuch ho-" Rohit choked at his words as a shiver ran into his spine.

Arjun eyes softened, he embraced rohit. Rohit tried to pushed him, hitting him on his chest.  After alot of try he let his guard down, he wrapped his arms around his waist "I got scared bhai... I thought" Rohit choked. Arjun closed his eyes, "Shh mere bacha sab theak hai" Arjun comforted him.

"Kyu chale gaye?" Rohit questioned still angry, "Headquarters se call aya tha... warna nahi jata" Arjun explained not disclosing much.

Rohit snuggle into his chest, sniffing softly. Rohit looked at anirud who stood at a little distance, he felt guilty for lashing out. He opened his arm for him. Anirud smile, joining the hug.

Manik groan in pain, opening his eyes slowly, he felt someone softly playing with his hair. He looked around grogily.

Sakshi helped him to get up, adjusting a pillow behind she makes him drink water. Manik blink his eyes trying to get a clear look. He looked at his side, his eyes widened, "App?" He mumbled in shock.
