the three day weekend went by quickly. i told gianna everything that happened. we both confused as to why he would do that.

anyways, hayes and her are now dating which is great. they are cute and deserve to be together.

why can't matt be like that? i shook the fact off as i walked into school monday morning. jj (Jack Johnson) walked up to me.

"des, i'm so sorry! i never-" i put my hand in his face to stop him from talking.

"save it jack i have other shit to worry about" i said as i walked past him towards my locker. i did the combo and grabbed my stuff for first period. i closed my locker and jj stood behind it.

"what shit?" he asked. i sighed not having time to tell him now.

"i don't have time to tell you now. chipotle after school?" i shurgged my shoulders. he smiled and nodded. i smiled back as i walked off to class.

i was walking to the last period of the day when i was stopped as i heard something coming from the courtyard. i look over and see britney with MY journal. she was reading it with a group. they were all laughing and i fumed with angry. I stormed out there and walked right up to britney. i stood over her and just looked down at her.

"what the fuck are you doing with my journal?" i said. she looked up at me a little intimidated but smirked. she stood up so she was almost eye level with me.

"i told you if anything happens, that i will read it to everyone in the school. i heard that you and matt went upstairs last night" she snapped.

"yes we did, but i was drunk. it didn't mean anything" i said lying through my teeth. she noticed and smirked.

"i will give you your journal back under one condition, you must say you have no feelings for matt and i have to approve if it truthful or not" i sighed. I took a big long breath.

"i-"

"say i, desiree lewis" i sighed.

"i, desiree lewis, do not have feelings for matthew espinosa."

"louder" she smiled as i gritted my teeth and clenched my fist.

"i, desiree lewis, do not have feelings for matthew espinosa" she smiled and handed me back my notebook.

"now you don't have to worry about a realtionship with a fuckboy, now do you?" she hissed under her smile as she quoted my journal words. i watched as she left and matt stood there in complete shock. i looked at him coldly. britney linked arms with him and walked into the school. i sighed as i headed to study hall.

jj and I are now at chipotle. we were in line ordering out food while he went out about how him and Amanda spent so much time together over the weekend, it was cute. once we got our food, jack grabbed our drinks while i found a table.

"so spill the beans" i explained to him everything that happened including the whole journal fiasco today.

"may i see this so called journal?" i was hesitate but reached in my bag and grabbed it. i handed it to him as he flipped through the pages.

"i mostly turn experience of mine into little stories because i love to write and create plots" he nodded still reading the pages. i took some bites of my chicken bowl as he finished.

"that's amazing. ever consider being a writer?" he asked taking a big bite of his burrito.

"i mean it has come to my consideration but come on, a bad girl who writes?" i asked as i took more bites.
