   I woke up to the sound of Charlie cheering. I got out of bed and opened my door, walking to the top of the stairs, seeing Charlie praise Sir Pentious while Angel walks towards the stairs looking upset. "Angel? Is.. everything okay?" I asked, reaching out for him. "Yeah, perfectly fine." Angel replied harshly as he walked past me to his room. I sighed and walked down the steps. "Well, we're gonna turn in for tonight." Charlie yawned, walking up the stairs with Vaggie. "Good night!" Sir Pentious waved as the two walked past me as I continued down the stairs.

   "Now go do your job so you can get out of here." I muttered to Pentious when I reached him, walking away when I heard footsteps. Angel had walked back down to the bar and grabbed a bottle of alcohol, chugging it senselessly. He noticed Pentious as he slithered away though being slightly tipsy. "You slippery little shit!" Angel burst the doors to Charlie's office open where Pentious had just put a camera. I peeked in from the doorway, staying hidden in the shadows of the door.

   "You're working for the Vees? I fucking knew there was something shitty about you." Angel walked to Pentious, tapping his chest angrily. "I don't know what you're talking about," Pentious turned away from Angel. "Whore bug." He finished, turning back towards him. "Oop" I whispered from by the door. Angel tackled Pentious to the ground, and I giggled as I watched Pentious struggle under someone so tiny. "Get your aggressively average body OFF OF ME!" Pentious shouted, his many eyes doing the same thing Vox's eye does, which momentarily hypnotizes Angel. "Fuck!" Angel shouted as he shook his head, freeing himself from the hypnotism.

   I heard footsteps and quickly ducked to the other side of the hallway. "What's going on?" Charlie yawned as she walked to her office with Vaggie. "This little bitch is a traitor!" Angel shouted, holding Pentious by his arm. "Oh, I'm the traitor?" I knew where this was going and got pissed. I clenched my fists, wanting to shut Pentious up but also not wanting to expose myself. I looked up at the sound of rattling and watched as chains appeared from the ground, wrapping themselves around Pentious' neck and body, raising him higher. "What the fuck?" Vaggie said, holding her spear out towards the chains. What is going on with my magic? I unclenched my fists and the chains disappeared, dropping Pentious to the floor and letting him breathe.

   "That's preposterous! I would never betray you. You... are my best friends!" Pentious hugged the girls, looking at me while they couldn't see. "Uh huh, then explain this!" Angel moved one of the books, revealing the camera. Pentious panicked, falling onto the floor and pulling out his wrist watch to contact Vox. "Abort! S.O.S! Agent Pentious in need of immediate evacuation!" He pulled at the window, desperate to get away. "Pentious?" I heard Vox's voice. "Wait... you were caught?! It hasn't even been- a day!" Vox laughed, taunting the serpent demon. "Please! You've got to get me out of here!" Pentious pleaded. "I can't believe we thought you could handle even something this simple! Do us a favor. If they don't kill you, go ahead and do it yourself! You M̶̜̾Ì̵̳Š̸̰E̴͍̚R̵͇̈́Â̴̭B̸̮̓Ḷ̶͠E̵̤̿ ̷͙͗F̵͕̈́A̸̩̓I̸̧̿L̷̜̅Ṵ̸̔R̶͓͌E̵̥̽!" Vox demanded, using his hypnotic abilities as the watch glitched off.

   Pentious sniffled before turning to Charlie, Angel, and Vaggie. "I... just make it quick, I guess... not that I deserve it." Pentious lied on the ground in despair. "Gladly." Vaggie readied her spear.

   I drifted off to sleep, still tired from my nap. I woke up to the sound of Niffty's voice. "I hated that song! Why are you so lame?!" Niffty kicked Pentious' tail and walked away. "Good first day! Let's get some rest!" Charlie and the others walked away. I walked into the room and picked up the watch. "And you wonder why I don't normally agree to your plans, Voxxie." I almost shit myself when Alastor appeared next to me. "What's this, my dear?" Alastor asked, leaning over my shoulder. "Alastor, fuck! Don't scare me like that." I held my hand over my heart, trying to calm down.
