Izuku Midoriya was born in a world where Quirks were the norm, and those without them were ostracized. His parents, Hisashi and Inko, were both Quirkless, and they struggled to make ends meet in a society that saw them as inferior.

Growing up, Izuku faced relentless bullying and discrimination from his peers, who saw him as weak and useless. His parents worked multiple jobs to provide for him, but they couldn't afford to give him the same opportunities as their Quirked counterparts.

One day, when Izuku was just 6 years old, his parents were involved in a tragic accident while working at a construction site. They were both critically injured, and Izuku was left alone, forced to fend for himself.

With no one to turn to, Izuku was placed in an orphanage, where he was constantly reminded of his Quirkless status. He was relegated to menial tasks and was treated poorly by the staff and the other children.

Now 14-year-old izuku was standing on the roof of a building. His hero, idol, number one hero and symbol of peace had abandoned him on a rooftop after telling him that he couldn't be a hero without a Quirk. All Might's remarks left no space for question or disagreement, and they were delivered with such force that Izuku's hopes and dreams were crushed in an instant.

Izuku: What's the meaning of living if nothing I accomplish ever meets the expectations of those around me? What's the purpose of trying if I'm constantly going to be treated as trash? What's the sense in going any farther if I'll never be happy, let alone satisfied with my life!? "He thought bitterly"

Despite the harsh words and the crushing reality, a spark of determination ignited within Izuku. He wiped his eyes and took a deep breath.

Izuku: I'll prove them wrong, "he whispered to himself". I'll become a hero, no matter what it takes.

As he walked home, his thoughts swirled in a storm of self-doubt and despair. He didn't notice when Katsuki Bakugou, his childhood friend-turned-bully, approached him from behind.

Katsuki: Hey, Deku!" Katsuki's voice was laced with scorn, yanking Izuku out of his daze.

Izuku turned to face him, trying to mask his inner turmoil.
