Later in the afternoon:
In the dining area, the students of Class 1-A ate enthusiastically, digging into the generous spread of food laid out before them. Pixie-Bob watched with a smirk, her arms crossed, as she observed the group devouring the meal.
Pixie: Enjoy it while it lasts, kids, "she teased with a light-hearted grin". This is the only night we'll be taking care of you. Tomorrow, you're on your own!
The students groaned at the ominous reminder, but they didn't let it dampen their spirits too much. They continued eating with abandon, knowing that the real intensity of their training would start soon enough.
Meanwhile, Kota was standing off to the side, scowling as usual.
Mandalay: Kota, "she called out, handing him a box of vegetables". Take this over to the storage area, would you?
With a grumble, Kota snatched the box and walked off, a permanent frown etched on his face. Izuku, sitting nearby, watched him go, his expression soft with concern. He could sense that something deeper was going on with the boy, but for now, he kept his thoughts to himself, deciding to give Kota space.
The scene shifted to the hot springs area, where the boys from Class 1-A were gathered on their side of the wall, enjoying the warmth of the water and relaxing after a long day. Most of them wore towels around their waists, while others were already lounging in the spring itself.
It was supposed to be a peaceful time, a moment of respite before the grueling training to come. But, as usual, Mineta had other plans. Mineta, his eyes gleaming with mischievous intent, stood on the edge of the spring, dramatically sweeping his arm toward the nearby wall.
Mineta: I didn't come here just for the food. No, what I'm here for is... on the other side of that wall!
The other boys, including Izuku, stared at him, confused.
Izuku: Huh? "He asked, blinking". What are you talking about, Mineta?
Mineta, his face flushed with excitement, pointed toward the wall separating the boys' and girls' sides of the hot spring.
Mineta: The girls! "he whispered, as though he were sharing the world's greatest secret". They're right on the other side! Can't you hear them?
The boys strained their ears, and indeed, there were faint, muffled voices coming from the other side of the wall. It was the girls, enjoying their own time in the hot springs. Mineta's eyes sparkled as he began describing the scene he imagined on the other side, his voice dripping with dramatic enthusiasm.
Mineta: Imagine it! "He said, clasping his hands together". You stumble in, and there they are! The girls... in all their glory... bathing."
The boys' faces turned various shades of red, a mix of embarrassment, disbelief, and, for some, suppressed curiosity. Denki gave Mineta a knowing grin, trying to hide his own interest. Meanwhile, Sero looked away, trying not to encourage the behavior, though it was clear he was amused.
