Izuku shot up, gasping for oxygen and looking around. The sunshine was streaming into the room as it gently lowered over the horizon. He keeps looking around, realizing he is in a hospital and pulls on his hospital dress.

Izuku: What happened? "He questions no one. A nurse and doctor run in, and Izuku looks over". H-hi, "he says sheepishly, and the nurse giggles softly".

Saito: Hello, Midoriya Izuku. My name is Dr. Saito and I'm your doctor. I must say that it is a miracle that you are still alive after what happened to you a week ago. "The doctor looks at the chart sheet".

Izuku: I've been Sleeping For One Week?!? "His voice echoes around the room". S-sorry... But still one week... what happ- Izuku closed his mouth before finishing.

Flashback:

Dr. Saito pulled up a chair and sat down.

Saito: It was a huge hole in your chest. It's a miracle you survived. But you're going to be okay. Your injuries are healed well. But gave a big scar. "The doctor remains silent before speaking". Midoriya-kun have you ever had a quirk before?

Caught off guard Izuku shook his head.

Izuku: No, I was born quirkless. "He said in a sad tone".

Saito: Then It appears that your Quirk has finally materialized and must be an extremely powerful enhancer and healing type so that you recover quickly. The doctor smiled kindly as he answered with a nod

Saito: Yes, I know you can.

Izuku bursts into tears of joy since he is finally able to live out his dream after so long, and the doctor asks as he stares at him.

Saito: So, young Midoriya, now that your Quirk is registered, what will you call it?

Izuku quickly wiped tears and thought seriously before answering, staring him in the eye.

Izuku: Can you give me some time, this is still too much for me.

The doctor nodded and told him to take some rest. As the doctor and nurse went, Izuku whispered a thank you and lowered his head. After the door closes, Izuku looks above and notices a familiar blue message.

Izuku: So this is my quirk. They couldn't see it, "he muttered, lost in his rapid thoughts".

He removes the shirt, revealing no bandages but a huge X-shaped scar along with his old ones. Then he sighs and rubs his eyes. He peeks between his fingers at the box above him, then slowly reaches up, but his hand passes through the screen.
