Christmas passed and it was a chaotic one. Now, new year was fast approaching and both Hannah and Ollie agreed to join George and Carmen in Monaco to celebrate the start of 2024. The four were staying in George's apartment in the beautiful country and as the older couple prepared in the main room, Hannah was in her room doing her makeup while Ollie was changing in her ensuite bathroom. "So, where are we going exactly?" Ollie asks, emerging from the bathroom.
"Apparently, we're going to Jimmyz. George goes all the time and he said it's a good nightclub to start New Year." Hannah smiles as she finishes her final touch ups of her makeup. "How do I look?" she asks, turning to her best friend. "Well, you look amazing as usual." Ollie smiles as he places his pajamas on her bed. "Good. That means I can kick off 2024 in style." Hannah smiles, placing her lipgloss into her bag. "Ready?" the Chelmsford boy asks and Hannah nods.
They emerge from Hannah's room and find George and Carmen waiting for them in the living room. "Sorted?" the older Russell asks the teenagers. "Yep. Have you got your sanity?" Hannah grins. "What I have left of it." George laughs as the four head out and to the nightclub.
As they walk in, Ollie's eyes catch a glimpse of someone familiar in the queue. After seeing the face, he snakes his arm around Hannah's waist. Looking up at him, the girl smiles as they walk into the noisy club. "A quick drink then the dance floor?" Ollie suggests and the girl agrees. The pair walk over to the bar while George and Carmen find a booth where a few of the other drivers are at. "What are you having?" the prema Chelmsford driver asks. "Red wine. I need something strong." Hannah smiles as Ollie orders their drinks.
With their drinks in hand, the duo join the booth where everyone is sat. "Ollie, did Hannah force you to come out tonight?" Charles jokes to the younger driver. "Yeah. You should know Hannah. She always forces me out." Ollie chuckles as he and the girl sit down. "I didn't force you to come out in Abu Dhabi. You came out to celebrate willingly that night." Hannah looks at him, partially offended as those around them laugh.
As the laughter and chatter continued, some headed to the dancefloor. While they danced close together, the brown-eye boy couldn't help but feel like someone was watching. "Are you okay? You seem tense." Hannah asks, stopping her dancing as she looks at him. "Yeah. I'm fine. I just feel like George is watching us." Ollie comments as Hannah looks over at her brother, shooting him a glare to which causes her other brother to look away. "There. Now he isn't." Hannah smiles as the pair go back to dancing.
By the time of the countdown, everyone was on the dancefloor as the clock counted down. From the corner of his eye, Ollie could see the familiar face and that's when it hit him that it was his ex-girlfriend. He knew she was there for something but he had something up his sleeve and something he wanted to do for a while. As he looked away, he smiles as Hannah stood infront of him with his arms around her waist and her ontop of his.
Slowly, he turns the blonde around to face him just as the countdown starts. The both lock eyes and a smile forms on Hannah's face. Butterflies go crazy in her stomach as Ollie tucks some of her hair behind her ear. As the clock hits midnight as cheers fills, the brunette chelmsford boy leans in and places his soft lips on Hannah's. Confused at first, it takes her a moment before she returns the kiss.
It was something she seen in movies and on TV shows and Hannah had always dreamed of it happening to her. And now it was. A new years and her first kiss at once. The girl snakes her arms around Ollie's neck as she kisses him back before they part to catch their breath. "What was that for?" Hannah asks, looking up at him. "I always wanted to." Ollie smiles and the young girl does too before she leans back in and kisses him again. "You just made one of my dreams come true then." the 19-year-old grins. "Can I maybe have another?" Ollie asks. "Well, I do want another." she smiles as her lips meet Ollie's again.
The feels between them were mutual and could be felt in the kiss. The pair lean their foreheads against each other as they once again catch their breath. "I've liked you for so long, Hannah. Do you know that? Everything about you drives me insane and I've waited to kiss you for ages. You're perfect in every way possible to me. It hurts me when you talk down about yourself because I've never met someone more funny, skilled, talented but most of all beautiful in my life, well other than my mum and sister." Ollie smiles as he chuckles and so does Hannah. "But seriously. Nothing is more perfect than you being yourself. And I want to know if you'll be my girlfriend?" Ollie asks and a wide smile forms on Hannah's face. "Of course I will be." she nods.
As he kisses her lips more passionately, Ollie could hear the stomping of heals leaving the club. It must have meant his ex was there to get back with him but it was too late as he's now with the one he knows he loved for ages. "Happy new year Han." Ollie smiles as he wraps his arms around her waist. "Happy new year Ol." she smiles back and pecks his lips before nestling her face into the crook of his neck.
Now an official couple, the couple danced through the rest of the night before heading back to George's apartment. "Best new years yet." Hannah smiles, shutting the door and locking it. Placing a hand on the door, the girl removes her heals and lets out a sigh of relief once her tired feet were out of them. "It was. And I bagged the best new years gift there is." Ollie smiles as he places his shoes beside Hannah's.
The pair headed to Hannah's bedroom and as she changed in the bathroom, Ollie changed in her bedroom. While in her ensuite bathroom, Hannah removed her makeup before emerging back into her room and placing her dress on the chair. Climbing into bed, Hannah snuggles into Ollie's arms. "I like this." she mutters. "Me too. I want to stay like this but we can't." Ollie frowns. "I know. Promise to call me everyday your away skiing?" Hannah looks up at him. "I promise I will. I want to fall asleep and wake up to your beautiful face on call everyday." Ollie smiles as he leans down and plants a soft, light kiss on Hannah's lips.
When he returns home with Carmen, George quickly checks in Hannah's room to see if she and Ollie has returned home. With the door open adjar, George smiles as he sees his younger sister cuddled up in Ollie's arms. "Love. Come here." the Mercedes driver whispers to his girlfriend. "What is it?" Carmen asks as she stands beside George. "I think they're now dating." the taller boy smiles. "Oh they are. Did you not see them kissing?" the girl grins before heading to hers and George's room and he following after closing Hannah's door.
